I would normally get 100% done but I also have a huge batch that needs parts to restore them and cant find/afford them so my average is way off. They sit till the parts are found they need....

I love those 65,66 Chrysler 300s looks....never was able to find any though...bummer.

I use my boxes for storage and the old or cool box arts never get cut up(I simply use a thumb tact push through the bottom into my wall and slide the cover over them)makes cool wall art. I enjoy looking at the old box arts...reminds me of much better simpler times and is great for the memories...cant get enough of them.

I have been wanting to do one of these Dodge motor homes for years but could never find the parts to....NICE...!

True...only the Tempest had a wild drive-train design front engine and rear trans-axle set up....not to mention the Tempest had a slant 4cyl engine which was 1/2 of a 389ci V-8 basically.

I have that Pontiac 4door from my dads old stuff but it will be factory stock.

I build stuff from parts all the time....also will build engines,etc. when there is nothing else to work on.

If money was no problem....LOL....no certain order... 75 Pontiac Trans Am beefed up engine,etc. 70,71 Mercury Cyclone Spoiler. 69,70 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ 76 Pontiac Grand AM or Can AM 69 Impala SS Model A coupe hot rod with supercharged engine. Buick Grand National or GNX 70 Plymouth Superbird 74 AMX ???... Mad Max black interceptor from the first movie would be fun.

Dave... get nice blueprints of it drawn up. look at patents on line at there site to see if anyone has any on a item like yours already...yours has to be different than a existing patent. Hush- hush is a good idea You can also apply for what they call a provisional patent....ether way its not cheap to do but it might protect your idea and product.

Me... I have always built its a great pass time and hobby to have. Now that I have become disabled its just that much more important to me with all the time I have to pass by. I agree that building,collecting give us all the chance to own a replica or build of a vehicle we could never afford to have otherwise...or one of the ones we did own years ago that got away from us. I kind of look at building or restoring models,promos as kind of like trying to save some history of sorts being a mostly factory stock guy. History of old models,promos, and maybe just some of ourselves from days that were much more fun as kids and the memories.

Same kit with different box art....me myself I like the older one but that is just my opinion.

I am really liking the fact that many show just what is included on the bottom of the boxes so one knows just what there getting....my only real complaint would be if its shown on the box art it needs to be included-ie...white wall tires,decal stripes,etc....some vehicles just are not the same without them.
