    Ill be glad once this year has passed it has been a really tough one for us in many ways...hopefully 2015 will prove to be a better one for us and everyone else.

    I think the spray cans are the best system other than going to chrome tech for re-plating....you might try very carefully buffing the parts some to see what happens?

    Welcome Tony...me myself Im a 60s,70s guy but some late 50s are cool too...nice projects.

    That is one of the reasons I have been wanting to build a few and restore some of family owned ones we had...shame the parts are out of reach for them or out of production.

    yep it comes with a 345ci V-8....it also shared the same valve cover as the 4cyl engines...odd but cool fact. I wish AMT would make a kit of the 64-75 Travelall or pickups.

    Id build it as it originally was designed to be but you might try looking at the Revell 59 Impala and a 60 Bad Actor panel to make a stock one or close...far as the AMT 60 ElCamino I know one could try a AMT 59 Impala kit for parts too.

    I dig the Falcons up to 1969...the 60 and 61 look about the same far as I know of.

    Welcome Cliff...thanks for your service. There are some very great helpful guys here and great truck builds...I am disabled too building is great for the body and mind...I love old school trucks....like your diorama ideas.
