Do you have two exhaust fans on that paint booth? It looks like a sweet setup. Oh, and the Ferrari is looking pretty spiffy, too.

I really have no idea how to make a master. I know the wheels were 13", supposedly custom made for the car in the movie. I had initially thought the 15" nascar wheels from one of the AMT kits might work, but I'm not so sure. Your engine kits look beautiful, by the way!

Just finished watching all of the Herbie movies over the last few weekends with the family. And of course, now we need to add Herbie to the display cabinet. I know of the excellent Tamiya and Revell VW Bugs, and the Hasagawa one, as well. I also have a copy of the Polar Lights Herbie. So, doing Herbie from the first couple of movies seems pretty straight-forward. But, what Herbie from Fully Loaded? Any ideas on how to get here? or here? Thoughts?

Well, at least the blade was new. Night before last, when I should have been in bed snoozing, I was doing "one more thing" on my current build (the Hasegawa VW Beetle, Police Car - pictures soon). I had just changed the blade on my trust x-acto knife. BAM! I slipped, ran the blade across and into my thumb. Right across the knuckle. Bloodied my britches rather nicely. Washing it out, applying pressure, and bandaging it (thanks to my long suffering wife!)...I decided to forego the hospital visit. I think it'll be okay. But it got me to thinking, what is the worst you've done at the modeling bench?
