  2. They are 1/25 Pegasus 23'19' TorqII wheel sets. I painted the centers black.

  5. Hi!! everyone I finaly finished my summer projects.... that I'm taking to the STL,MO. model show Oct 30. Please forgive me on the pics Im having some issues with photobuckit it wont let me share the link The chevelle was built using the chassis from Amt's 69 olds 442 kit,1949 ford is semi custom with some parts from the parts box.PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK....also if anyone can give some pointers on the photobuckit issue that would be GREAT

  9. Very nice paint job Are you going build it with the old chassis or use one out of a AMT 1968 Road Runner/1970 Super bee?
  10. Spkgibson I have never seen the snap kit by revell but I have the Monogram kit and to me its ok on detail but the eng. doesnt look right to me now you got wondering if I should go get the snap kit....thanks for the comments and info.

I have been wanting to build a good detailed chevelle for a while.So I started with a amt kit but the the detail is bad on the chassis so I used the the chassis from the amt 1969 442 olds kit .I using the big block out of the amt 1970 monte carlo kit it has nice detail.Please let me know what you think and Im open on ideals.

  15. I agree alot on the toyish part cuz I just went to a model show in STL. I have been going there sence 1993 and just say two guys put in 4 models that where painted with the Urethane finishes and they took best show and paint and first in hot rod class and where biult stock with 20s on them.Im not knocking them down but they wear great builds but to me they looked toyish.Alot people was asking them and me what did they use to get so SHINEY....Urethane clear they said

  21. Awesome Gary!! I hoping this takes off too cuz it would be cool it they could make a 1962 grill/hood to turn the amt 60 chevy into a 62 shortbed/longbed

  23. I have checked in a few times on this build and like everyone said before you are A MASTER WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO DETAIL I also have learned alot from you cant wait to see it finished
