  1. This is going to be very interesting. Gassers are great. Nice job with opening the trunk, and chassis modifications look very good too. Keep it going, I'll be watching this one.
  2. I started waxing the body. Top is pretty much done, but there's still some waxing left. I can't get to that model car contest, so I lost bit of inspiration of this build... That's why it has been pretty slow progress.
  3. All of these Magazines are really cool ! Can't wait to see what's coming next...
  4. Yes, I can see that they are Slot Car wheels and tires, but they are too low profile for my taste anyway, it doesn't matter if they are Slot Car tires or not. It would be nice to build one Slot Car, I just don't know, how to build one.
  5. Wow, that paint job and decaling is much cooler than beformer one. Great job with this Firebird, can't wait to see more. Can't wait to see more work with it, coming along nicely.
  6. Wow really great subject! Super Stockers are always really nice to see, especially when they are built nicely. Those wheels and tires look very good and I like the paintjob.Very cool build.
  7. This is amazing build, again! The donor, you used looks very good. I like that body too, paintjob is nice. Detailing on that engine.... Oh I mean, on those engines is great, and tires look very realistic. Great build, thanks for sharing.
  8. Here are two pictures... I installed the valve covers, and I painted some silver on them to give more realistic look. I'm going to add the carburetor next and then I must build that "Turkey pan" from aluminium and stuff like that...
  9. I painted Weiand logos from those valve covers...
  10. Some clear. Looks pretty good, I think. After waxing it'll look good, I hope. Well I also detailed engine a bit. Added underpressure hoses and bit of carburetor linkage. Not too great but this engine will look good when it's installed. I built that alternator bracket from aluminium... More coming soon, I believe. Comments are welcome and thanks for looking.
  11. I installed stripes on the top. I don't know, where are they from, but on the same decal sheet, there are some Rebel flags, and these stripes with stars. I installed them on the top, and they fit fine. Today I'm planning of clearing this body, and when I can get the hood done, I'm going to install one Rebel flag on the L88 scoop. Thanks for looking, any feedback is welcome.
  12. Next projects coming to the bench, '32 Ford 409, Fox Mustang and Bat Peterbilt...

  13. Yeah, same thing here. I'm having my old avatar there, but luckily this one is the new one. Yesterday it took many, many tries and when I had tried already like 10 times, and no changed avatar, I decided to quit. And now in the morning, I came to the forum again, avatar was changed... Strange, but I'm happy it changed anyway.
  14. Turned out really nice, as always! '71 Challenger is something really rarely seen... I like the paintjob, decals look very good too. Detailing is great, as always and wheel&tire combo looks good to me. Great build overall.
  15. Great to see this one back! I like the interior, it looks like straight from the factory. And body color is very nice. Stance looks great, that front axle system is really nicely done. Nothing wrong with the rear end, can't wait to see more work with it. Keep going.
  16. 1. Totally scratchbuilt monstrosity of some sort. That would be the best. And this project looks very good. I like that trailer, it's something different. '29 Ford pickup looks very good too... And that Chevy truck is my favorite of course, it's a Chevy!
  17. Chuck, you haven't seen my workbench... It's like two hobby shops exploded at the same time in same place. . . . . .
  18. This is going to be interesting project. And it will look very good when finished, I can say that already. Nice to see also Choppers built, I'm having one also but..... It's too modern and I have to do lots of modifications before I like it.
  19. WOW, I managed to do it right, avatar changed. Huh, so there's not better way to do it, thanks Andy. Now I know, what to do when trying to change it.
  20. I tried to change my avatar, but I wasn't able to get it changed... How do I change it correctly? I haven't had any problems before, but now it seems to be too hard for me.
  21. Yeah, that's really good idea! Thanks. Must buy one poster and then I don't have those ugly seams anymore.
  22. Oh, if it's done to match the frontend of that car, then it's not a "mistake". I just don't like that shaping, personally. This is just my opinion, but I can't say how it looks bad, I just don't like it. I'd like to see it like more original look. Or then I'd like to see it with just painted on grille, not like "shaped"... Bit hard to say it in english, but hopefully you can understand something.... This looks good, I think.
  23. It will look good! Only thing, I'd like to do different way, is those tires and wheels. They are way too small! I mean, that keep them 15" but tires must be much higher profile, in the front and especially rear. Wheels are ok.
  24. I just made a photo booth. It's just normal box and I sealed it with white paper. Needs to do some cleaning, the seam between those papers is just there, where it shouldn't be. And the second picture shows, that I need better light for that. I'm working on that Funny Car right now, it is completed soon, I hope...
  25. This is really cool project. In 1:1 scale that would be great start for Hot Rod project. The weathering is very nice and I like those flat tires. Great job with the engine too. 1:8 scale Deuces are something really rarely seen.
