  1. Well this one is really sweet build! Factory Stock '61 Galaxie is in need of some Police equipments. Your build looks very good with all those Police equipments, very nice job with it, it's very clean build.
  2. Paintjob looks very good as always. I like the body shaping of this Oldsmobile, especially when it's HardTop. Great job with the grille, it looks realistic. Very cool build, I like it alot.
  3. WooHoo, this looks very good. I like the paintjob very much, shiny and smooth. Decals fit very nicely, and great job with that side trim. I like the stance, great job with it. Wheels and tires are great also. Really beautiful NASCAR racer, I'd like to build one older Nascar from the 40's or 50's. Maybe early 60's too.
  4. This is really cool '57 Chevrolet. I like the paintjob and decaling very much. Really nice job with the tires and wheels also, great build overall. Nothing wrong with it.
  5. This is really great project. I'm really Glad when I see these really Traditional Hot Rods, or Customs etc. Not too modern... The stance looks very good and body shapes are great, not too much Chopped or channeled, great job. I'll be following this, because Old School Is Cool!
  6. I can see nine rivets! Looks like you have one rivet missing, or then it can't be seen in thay picture... Great job with the paintjob on this one, very glassy. How you can get those roll cages fit perfectly to the body shapes, do you just mock up, bit modifications, mock up etc. Or do you have different technigue? I need to build roll cage to the Falcon, so I'm asking bit of help... Hope you understood what I'm trying to say.
  7. I like that stance very much. Great job with the color choice. Paintjob looks good too. I like those Chrome Reverse wheels, they fit almost every body style from the 50's and 60's. Fin Studebaker, grattis!
  8. Buying resin would be good idea, but for example, I just don't have enough money for it. Here's what I should do... Buy Hemi Under Glass kit, or maybe only thing you need is only the body with grilles, bumbers etc. Then buy chassis from Dodge Dart, for example, as Michael said... Interior can be found from '69 Barracuda.... Well, if you buy those three complete kits, this gets so expensive, that Resin kit is better way. And it's easier way, but I haven't done things in easy way before, that's why I maybe think this hard solutions. But if you buy only Hemi Under Glass body, Dart chassis and Barracuda interior, you save some money and few bucks more, then you'll get an engine... But as I said, easier way is to buy that resin kit, but that's just one way to do '65 Barracuda.
  9. Nice to see more Finnish people on this forum! Little update to my Charger project. I bought some Braided line from Detail Master and I built fuel line from carburetors to fuel pump. I didn't remember to buy blower belt, so I had to build one. Pullies are made from plastic tube, they need still some bolts... And the belt is paper, which is just painted black. I'm going to make some throttle linkages next, some other detailing too. And interior needs to be started too. I tried to add some black wash, I think Detailer works fine, but I'm not sure about the user..

Stuart, that looks really good! Can't believe that it's your 4th model so far. Paintjob looks good and decals are fitting nicely. Interior looks very nice also. Wheel and tire choice is great, but next time those center parts of the wheels should be black. Around the bolts. But anyway, great job with it, detailing is also great.
  11. Interesting project, how is the quality of that El Camino kit? I'd like to have one too, but I have no idea about the quality... Engine looks good, nice job with the weathering. Keep it going, I'll be watching.
  12. Wow, that's cool! This is absolutely something different, but really nicely done. That tractor looks very good, and so does that plow too. This is really typical here in Finland, someone is plowing his field and then there are lots of those birds flying behind the blow and trying to find something to eat. Great job with this, came out really nice.
  13. It looks like Real to me. Tires look very realistic, and I didn't find any "typical" scale model-mistakes from it. Well, let's see on friday, what it really is...
  14. Great color choice! I like that paintjob too. And chassis progress is always great to see, detailing is awesome. This is really nice Camaro, body lines fit perfectly to Pro Street car. Can't wait to see more.
  15. Wow! Great job with that engine. Details look very good, and realistic too. And it's interesting to see, what's coming next. Keep this going, I'll be watching this one.
  16. I bought some liquid for black wash. By The Detailer, and I had to test how it works. This engine is now bit greasy, but I think, it turned out OK. I'll add some oil and grease to the frame also, but not too much. That seems to be very good stuff. And easy to use.
  17. Really great looking '57 Chevy! I like the idea of this build, something unusual. Paintjob looks really good to me, and engine is great. The wheels and tires look very good too, I think. Nothing wrong with it, I like this very much.
  18. Really beautiful Camaro. I like the paintjob and decals look very good too. Engine detailing looks really great, and I like how you fit the chassis and body together from different kits. Maybe I would have done some black wash to the grille, but it's not bad like that either...
  19. Wow, this project looks very interesting. I like the paintjob, and color is really nice. Engine sounds and looks very interesting too... Can't wait to see more work with it, keep going.
  20. Cool idea of building '58 Thunderbird just like Hirohata Mercury! Paintjob looks good, and I like that body shaping. Great build, detailing is super clean. Interior looks good too. Great job with this, I like Old School Styled Customs.
  21. Thanks, Mark. But I'm afraid that it's too late already. They are glued with Super glue and I guess if I try to get 'em off, those seats will get off before I can get those belt buckles away. But thanks, I will do that thing better in next model.
  22. I bought these from local Model Car Contest: -Jo-Han '71 Sox&Martin Cuda. It's a glue bomb, but in good condition. There are no important parts missing, and it's in good shape overall. -Fox-Bodied Mustangs. They are glue bombs too, pretty rough ones, but I will build them nicely, I hope. Other one is chopped and the body has interesting story, I'm glad, it's me who builds it once more... -'60 Corvette glue bomb. I have only the body, doors, chassis and interior plate. It will be radical street car. -'49 Mercury Police Car Snap Kit from MPC. It will be Custom with Police specialities, and I do only little things to make it look more realistic. -Some liquid for black wash by The Detailer. -Resin Slot Mag wheels, cast by Finnish Modeler. -Some yellow ignition wire. -Underhood Insulation Material. -And some Braided Line. If I forgot to say something, I'm sorry. IF anyone wants to see pictures of those, just let me know, and I'll be posting few pics.
  23. Thanks! I'm going to sand that hood tomorrow, and maybe I can paint some primer on it too. Or then more putty, let's see. I need also better register plate to the front, that one is just piece of paper, where I wrote those letters... I must make one, which matches to that one on the rear end. There are some other little things to do, but it's getting very close.
  24. Here are two pictures of that Corvette in Model Car Contest. Almost finished, but still In Progress...
  25. More pictures...
