WOW, how I have missed this one?! Really great work so far, '55 Nomad is something, you can't see so often built Race Car. Great job on the body mods. It would be cool to see more, keep going.

Super clean Miura! I think, this is the only Lamborghini, which sure looks good. Body shaping is beautiful. Great job with the model too, I like that paintjob. Shiny, and great color too. There are nothing to complaine, very clean build all over.

Another Masterpiece from your bench, John! Great work with it, looks amazing even if I'm not a fan of this style Choppers in 1:1 scale. This looks very cool anyway, and that scratchbuilt "body" is something I can't understand, how someone can build something that nice!? Great job with the detailing again, and that seat looks very good too. Incredible build as always, this might be the best bike, I've seen. It might be the best just because I don't remember, have you built more motorbikes?

We've seen allready one incredible '53 Victoria Custom, and this is going to be another one. Great job with thw paint. I like the color and blue fits nicely with that white top. Great stance too. Keep it going.

For being your first model, it's great. I like that idea of matt black and gray primer combination. Maybe next time try to paint those chrome trims, or BMF will work on them too, but maybe painting is easier if you are building only second model. And one way to improve... Give some black wash on the wheels, now they look quite unrealistic, just because they are fully chromed and there are no black shades anywhere. But nice model anyway, great job on the first one!

I absolutely like it! Great color choice and shiny and smooth paintjob is great combination. I haven't seen much green Challengers, but looks like green fits nicely on this body. Great job all around, clean build and I can't find any mistakes. Maybe smaller wheels would fit better in my opinion, but those aren't bad anyway...

I must say, that I like that body shaping very much. It's clean and especially that look of the frontend is really nice, fender skirts are very good looking too. Nice paintjob, and I can see that bodywork is done nicely. Smooth paint and rough bodywork doesn't fit together, but this model doesn't have that kind of problems. Great color, very shiny and smooth.

Wow, great find! What's inside the box- how about the quality of that kit. Maybe the parts are not like in 1:1 car, but if there are lots of them, it's always better basis for the project. I bought Monogram's '70 Ford Torino GT 2 in 1. It's the Pro Modeler version. Really good looking kit, and it contains lots of parts and those parts look pretty good quality as well. Also there are some photoetch parts, and painting tips on the instructions, as well as some factory stock color combos. Really great kit, I'll be building it as E/Stock Drag Racer.

Revell '40 Ford Standard Coupe - Hot Rodded 60's Style
W-409 replied to Bernard Kron's topic in Model Cars
Cool, 60's style Hot Rods are great to see. This looks just like it would be built back in the day. Great job with the color choice, and paintjob is really beautiful. Great stance, and I like the wheel and tire combo. Engine is great too, detailing is very nice. Thanks for sharing. -
Really nice build, great color choice. I have that kit too, and I'm actually building it as a Police car with some Custom parts. Pretty much box stock, but not exactly. But you said, it's '50 Mercury. Many people say, that it's 1950, but the box top says it's '49... What is is really?

Amazon sounds interesting too. When you've decided, what are you going to do with it, tell me and I count you in with that one too... If you want so.
-
Tom, Mark and Patrik, you are all in. You can join with as many models, as you want, and I believe, that Locost is alright. We race with them, that's true and that's why it's Ok. I add your names to the entry list, thanks for joining in!

This one is easy... It's Real or Model! But anyway, I say that it's real, because there are some little details, which just can't be done to model so nicely, I believe. But it can be large scale model too.
-
Very cool, nice and really glossy paintjob. Stance looks very good too, and great engine detail. I must agree, '41 Willys is really great looking car and Gasser version makes it really good looking. Thanks for sharing this one, really great build.

68 Camaro El General Pro Mod (updates 05/06/12)
W-409 replied to tyrone's topic in WIP: Drag Racing Models
This is going to be interesting. Typical Pro Modified body, narrow and really low and aerodynamic. It'll look really good when finished, I'm sure about that. Keep it going, I'll be watching this one. -
Does that surfing board come with the kit? Maybe I need one, not sure yet, tough. Really nice build, that car looks like a joke for me ( ) , but really nicely built! Paint looks really good and clean build without too big mistakes.
-
That sounds good. MR 409 is really nice looking Impala. Great job with the build also, paintjob is great. Thanks for sharing.
-
Great looking build, pictures aren't perfect, but from what I can see, it looks good. I believe, you're missing one part from that scoop, because I had no problems with it, and if I remembert correctly, it was built from many pieces. So check that again from the instructions?

1969 Camaro outlaw prostreet updates 11/19/11
W-409 replied to tyrone's topic in WIP: Drag Racing Models
This is the best '69 Camaro, I've ever seen in 1/25 scale! Great job with it, I can't believe, it started out as a yellow glue bomb and Sportsman Chassis. Great job with putting those two together. I like that engine detailing, it's super. Great to see those Reher Morrison decals on the valve covers too. But that paint is truly amazing, polishing turned it out very smooth and shiny. Great job with this one, I can't wait to see, what you are going to build next. Maybe I'd like to see some progress with Nova? -
Wow, really nice job with this one too. Paintjob and decals look really good, must say before Jim does, that it's SHINY! Those wheels and tires are really great, just like real ones. Engine detailing looks very good also. Nice build again.
-
Amazing build. That white and blue color combo fits nicely to Trans Am, not always red colored.... Engine detailing is really nice, and interior looks very good too. Overall, really nice and realistic build, thanks for sharing.

Ok, here we have Mustang Super Stocker finished. Actually it didn't turn out as good as I wanted, because my marker pens didn't work properly. But next time better, I'll try to draw something older now, let's see.
