  1. Thanks, a pity they didn't choose to reproduce the Polyhead 318ci....
  2. Thank you guys, Chuck, this one is suppose to be right from the "Truck show room", it sure not going to stay like this for a long time....

  5. Thanks for the nice comments, for the tranny, I had to cut it a little bit 'cause I couldn't put the cab straight to the chassis
  6. Some more pics : Hope you'll enjoy it
  7. Hi guys, here's my latest project, a 60 Chevy C60 based on the AMT pick up truck. You don't see me very often in this category, it's my first truck since 30 years... Well it starts life as White chassis which I shortened. I modified the front suspension as the Chevy has independant ones, so I adapted the one from the pick up to the truck chassis. The wheels and tires are from a IMC/Lindberg Dodge, the fuel tank is scratchbuilt, the 348 engine came from an AMT 59 CHevy, I modified it to simple carb manifold and air filter. For the cab, I enlarged the front fenders, scratchbuild the front grill, interior is stock, well hope you'll enjoy it !!! Here's the finished model now :
  8. Thanks for the nice comments, I'm sure that even back in the day, that should be a very unusual car Tom
  9. Yep, that's the dilemna with R&R, there are kind of cheap comparing to Modelhaus, and there is also a choice of very unusual models but ther are very difficult to build. Some of them are better mastered, it depends...
  10. Thanks for all these nice comments. Got the same problem with mine Richard, had to grind the inside of the rear fenders also because the wheels won't pass...
  11. Very rare kit, nice build !!!
  12. I think that's the most beautiful 57 Ford I've seen built !!! Gorgeous !!!!
  13. Sure that's nice !!!!
  14. Some more pics to follow
  15. Hi guys, here I am in the beginning of the summer with a convertible : a 54 Dodge, started with a R&R resin kit. As usual, it's quite a challenge/nightmare to assemble properly. Anyway it's here, far from perfect but it suits me well. Wheels are from Modelhaus, chassis is from an AMT 51 Chevy, engine is from the 300 57, with some resin "Red Ram" cover. I've done the two tone chrome trim as was not included in the kit, rear red tailights is from a 59 Impala and cut to fit. Hope you'll enjoy it :
  16. TO answer your question, yes we do have palm trees here, especially where I live in the south east
  17. Thanks for all these nice comments, I couldn't use the kit wheels, there really were "toy like". Part fits is finally quite nice, but there is a lot of work to have this body nice as it is in 4/5 parts. Anyway if you need the kit wheels and tires, mp me
  18. Thanks, emblems on trunk are both Bare metal and hand corrected.... The other cars I'll have to build will be a Countach and a Porsche 356 Convertible, both Fujimi kits
  19. Hi guys, here I am with a very unusual built for me : an European car !!!! I'm mandated by a client to built 3 models which replicate his own cars. So I've start with this Mercedes, originaly a Revell kit, which is an old mold dated 1960 with the body in five different parts !!!! I've changed the wheels, taken from an AMT 300 SL, front bumper also, and works on the grill also to be more accurate. I've add the convertible boot and the little third seat. Hope you'll enjoy Some more pics :
  20. Real nice, looks like the real thing, and a bit like a police car without it's stickers
