Very cool build! I just started one using the same parts you described.

What Did You Accomplish Today? (Model Car Work)

Thanks, it was the last of an old can of Duplicolor GM Autumn Maple Red. Painted it like 3 years ago and just drug it out to finally finish it. -

In search of the front suspension for this kit. I have a gluebomb I’m trying to rebuild and these pieces were glued in with an entire tube of Testors red it seems. Anybody have these pieces?

WOW!! … just… WOW!!!… the details are absolutely amazing! Everytime I look at the pictures I see something new! I’m gonna just stop building and start sending all my kits to you to build for me!! ??? -
I appreciate the compliments from everyone! I’m trying to get some projects finished before I start any new ones. It seems I get to the mock-up stage and start working on another one.

Thanks everyone! I tried to do a box stock build to get me out of a slump. It kind of worked out as now I’m motivated to try and get a few more projects completed.

Cool story and a very beautiful build! Love it!!

Super nice build!!! I love this!

Bought this one years ago from a friend on Facebook. It has been stripped and redone a couple of times over the years but this is its final build. Wired the engine, lowered the stance a bit. I used the radiator from the Revell 71 Cuda kit as it looked better. Paint is Krylon Fusion Gloss Jungle Green over Duplicolor gray primer. It may not be a show winner but I’m happy with it.

Finally finished this one up. Started out as a box stock attempt to break my lack of motivation slump. Other than wheels, tires, and plug wires it’s box stock

Wow!… I’m at a loss for words right now. I’d noticed that I hadn’t seen him posting on here lately but I figured it was just life getting in the way as usually happens to us all. Prayers for his family during this time that they may find some peace and comfort.

Made some more progress today on this one. Almost done except for the rear bumper, rear wing(undecided) and the side view mirrors

Unfortunately I have a very short supply of those paints left. I should have stocked up on them before they became discontinued.
