  1. I got mine at a swap meet 'bout 6 weeks ago and also saw it at a hobby shop a week ago. So the #205 issues are out there.
  2. Spring IS here as I warmed up my ride and took it for a spin to get all the liquids flowing. Makes me happy to get it out of winter hibernation. Yay!
  3. In the early days of modeling the instruction sheets would have the names of parts listed like oil filter, starter, cylinder head, etc. and I know that it helped me learn about cars in my younger years. They don't seem to do that much anymore if at all.
  4. Yes, I definitely have to agree with you on that Bill and no I wouldn't hold my breath either.
  5. Sorry to hear that Mark.
  6. After ALL these years building model cars, I honestly believe that a number of people who work on the instruction sheet NEVER even built the model kit or worked on a real car either. Remember the Road Runner cartoons long before the Road Runner car was produced, and the BEEP BEEP sound? Well in my Road Runner kit that I recently finished the company never supplied the Road Runner horn. REALLY?
  7. Well, I've seen much worse than a Mustang race pick up over the years.
  8. No roll bars required for "race mowers?"
  9. Very nice build on that '68 Firebird kit.
  10. In the meantime, I'll just work on the Revell, AMT, MPC, Modelhaus, Model King, ESCI, Testors, and JoHan kits that I already have.
  11. I like those winged cars, and hopefully I'll get to build mine one of these years?
  12. It's spring here finally as I had to do a road trip for a meeting today, and it was sunny skies and dry with temps in the low 60's.
  13. A lot of us spend too much time at their keyboards Dave, not just you. Perhaps down the road you'll see that you still have time to chat with us and do the other things you'd like to do as well. Good luck to you.
