  1. Interesting and thanks for the info.
  2. Will it be for sale at the swap meet in Wheaton tomorrow, or no?
  3. and missing everything
  4. That's a nice save Mike as it's lookin' good, and I believe that I have that kit in my "stash" somewhere.
  5. That is the "greatest gift" you can give your children and grand children is YOUR time.
  6. Sounds great Vince, as I have a 4 1/2 year old grandson that I play Hot Wheels with, and maybe when he's about six years old I'll try to introduce him to model car building. Whether he takes to it or not I really don't care as it is MY hobby that I had started back in the mid-50's and still enjoy it today.
  7. I use the hood pins from Pro Tech and will be ordering more next week.................................................
  8. Right now they're only rumors and nothing more.
  9. A riding mower for only a 1/4 acre lot? That sounds like overkill to me, and yes the noise can be irritating.
  10. I know that Tom Carter at Spotlight Hobbies has some Monogram "Big" parts packs. Check them out and see if there's any that you can use.
  11. I'm likin' the tires that come with the kit, but I'm not buying another kit just to have those tires "on hand."
  12. I used bleach earlier today to strip the chrome plating off some wheels and backs. The chrome plating came off in no time, however the clear undercoat is still on the parts. What do you guys use to get rid of that? Thanks.
  13. Nice build, and what did you use for the weather stripping going across the underside of the hood? You know that I just love dem Mopars!
  14. Chief Joseph at Fireball Modelworks has some excellent lettering decals for tires, and I'm using them on my current build.
