  1. Nick, Could you reduce the size, cut them out and glue them on steel wheels????
  2. Robert, Sure you've seen a b&w photo of the T-bolt and a burgandy car is going to look black in the photo. Butch Leal never had a black T-Bolt. You can always call or e-mail Butch and ask him.
  3. Your Mopar is lookin' good so far.
  4. Ron, Nice job on the Super Charger. I just saw Mr. Norm the other day at a Mopar show I was attending.
  5. Wow, another nice build John, and a Mopar to boot! I noticed the braided radiator hose and wonder if they had used them back then???
  6. Looks good John, real good! I used to go to Nickey Chevrolet often "back in the day."
  7. Bill, You've got that right, as I too have paid high dollar for a couple of hard to find kits several years ago, only to see them both re-issued. I wish I only paid $30 for each kit, but it was more in the 80- 100 dollar range. NEVER say never!
  8. Are there any past memmbers of The Old Town Escorts Model Car Club from Chicago on this forum? This club was in it's heyday from about 1975 to 1986 and was a great club to belong to in its time.
  9. John, Nice job on the rail!
  10. Monty, Go into the laundry room and pour some Clorox Bleach in a jar, add your chrome parts and cover the jar. Nuff said?
  11. Mitch, Thanks for the You Tube clip from the movie, as it was good to see it again. I do have the movie in my collection.
  12. Jeff, I haven't seen it before and what a nice build it is! Like lrlocke01 says, what's not to like about a Mopar?
  13. Rickey, That is a really sweet lookin' '58 Impala that you had built. I saw another just last month at the Milwaukee NNL. Again, great job!
  14. Nick, I've been driving Chevy pickup trucks for a long time and your model is lookin' good!

  17. To all you Pontiac and drag racing fans, today is Arnie "the farmer" Beswick's 80th birthday. Last Sunday I saw him making 1/4 mile passes at over 180mph. He is truly a drag racing legend as well as a great guy.
