  4. As always looking good. You've done some nice mods so far. Are you planning to make the wheel wells smaller?

  7. Very cool. Like to see you finish this next after the willys.
  8. Very nice. Don't see stock builds done that often.
  9. I believe that same owner has one done up as a gasser. They were featured in street rod builder a few years ago.
  10. Chris sorry to hear it didn't place but glad you had a good time. I know the funny car will be a different story.
  11. I figured that was the case becuase I've hsd it happen to me. Also I discovered a long time ago that the small tasks are the ones that can more than we think , and this isn't just the case for models. Sort like how free never seems always free. So how did the dragster do in the contest?
  12. The equivalent of an air racer, guess this would be a space racer. All I can say is don't stand behind it when they fire up. Nice job as always Ira.
  13. Sure there is Harry but they nedd to be the real ones nothing a couple of gallons of gas wouldn't fix. This is why you get an artist to do sketchs before you start the work so you can see the final product. As said the work looks top notch its the final product that is dismal. Also throwing flames on doesn't help flames just doesn't work on everything.
  14. I believe that it is a 48 coupe there is another post that somebody had seen the test shot. Seems more likely that revell would do the 48 ford coupe as they have already done the conv and the custom.
  15. Looks like it was a great show looking forward to seeing more pictures.
  16. Interesting idea. Looks right. Looking forward to more.
  17. Amazing that this was sheet plastic to start with. Thank you for providing you step by step for building this. It provides an understanding of the process and a chance to learn.
  18. Very nice work. Thanks for sharing all the process for building this.
  19. Very nice work.
  20. Yeah and they are sometimes the little things that are the ones. Found out that some of the smallest tasks can be the biggest pain. I take it your thrash took longer than expected. Hope you do well with the contest. You definitely have a very nice model.
  21. Chris I known the drill have done it a couple of times myself. Glad you are getting it done.
  22. I take it you added the thinner to the tin. Its better to only thin what you are going to use. It is my understanding that thinned paint has a shorter shelf life than unthinned.
