  1. LOL...I hope you don't lose any sleep trying to decide..
  2. " I guess that a lot of my views on the world today is because of the X-files. I don't really trust any one (especially not anyone with a high position) and I always think that politicans, the media and the big-wigs of this world is keeping the truth from us." It's too bad you didn't have anyone around you to explain that the show was fiction....nothing more than harmless entertainment for most folks...
  3. The 53 Ford Victoria brochure shows a 3 tone interior in light and dark blue (with a white stripe on door panels) the headliner is shown in the dark blue, The pics don't show if it had chrome bows or not but I don't think it did....
  4. You're quite welcome...enjoy!
  5. My TV guide shows part 2 is on TONIGHT at 8pm (west coast time on the Fox channel) on DISH. Not a fan but I wouldn't want those who are to miss it.
  6. very nice....
  7. Not "guys"..Just Mark perhaps he was confused by your comment about soaking the body?
  8. I agree...I think Frank was soaking paint off his plastic body anyway..
  9. MY "Model King" Imperials are made of plastic, just re-issues of the AMT annuals.....or did I miss part of this conversation? Converting that kit into a full detail model would be very complicated and would require far more than just swapping the chassis...good luck! Unless you're going to display it upside down, I wouldn't bother....
  10. Good grief!
  11. Just bought a new '16 Camry..at just over $19,000 it was too hard to refuse. Quiet, quick with very good gas milage, it should go 200,000 miles without any problems, just like the last 4 did.
  12. I'm assuming the 30 Ford will be the same as the test shots we saw last year? I'm hoping the mag wheels shown then will be included.
  13. the 29 roadster has 46 hubcaps, you need only the 46 parking lights (that your car is missing) and trunk lid trim I think. it'd be easy to add the lines to the upper grill bar. I'm pleased to see te stock roof but....The windshield area on the model looks different than yours Dave...hope it's just a bad picture of the kit.
  14. No political agenda in the timing of the release either, I suppose. Simply an attempt to exploit a tradgedy for money.?. but, appropriately, apparently failing to do so. I'd suggest reading a variety of reviews before rewarding the film makers with your $$.
  15. Nope...just the way things work.
  16. Well 2016 isn't really all that different.. "Of the roughly 150,000 people who die each day across the globe, about two thirds—100,000 per day—die of age-related causes. In industrialized nations, the proportion is much higher, reaching 90%."
  17. Unlike Spotlight Hobbies, Tower Hobbies often has free shipping (and no sales tax) on orders over $25.....and their prices are quite reasonable on US kits.
  18. " Any more suggestions as to how to have a more meaningful life?" Sounds like it maybe way too late....bummer.
  19. yep the back is fine..a bit too high in front tho..
  20. thanks..i was thinking of building a primered test car version but I've got no left over Nascar parts if any of the parts needed replacing.
  21. they both look pretty nice....what was 'wrong' with the kit wheels/tires?
  22. wow! nice job..
  23. So every point of view is "propaganda"? Well not really....this is why these conversations are largely a waste of time and energy, many people decline to use our language correctly. There reasons we have so many words...but they are useless if used incorrectly.
