    Just ordered the kit from Japan...$41 total seemed like a good deal. Tom...is that $37 for decals or the kit?

    So it was an early Cadillac but with different valve covers and intake they made it into an Olds....apparently.

    The " Olds" engine in the kit would be a 49-64 (likely on the early side of the 50's) It may have been a Cadillac in the earlier versions of that kit, I just can't recall.

    I think I paid $1.25 or so for mine (57 years ago)....had to collect quite a few pop bottles to pay for it

    Very nice! (This was the first model I got with my own money (when I was 10 years old) no paint .but lots of scallop decals!)

    I had watched Nascar for nearly 30 years...haven't watched a single race in 2+ years . Fox Sports and endless gimmicks spoiled it for me.

    Ordered Friday afternoon, the kits arrived this morning... bought an "open box" kit but a brand new factory sealed kit was sent. Great prices AND service!

    Steve...isn't the front of the bed shortened more (making the wheelbase 15 inches less than the long bed) than the rear (behind the wheels)? Never mind I see you corrected it already...nice truck by the way
