  5. We seem to have the same taste in cars. just recently built this one also. painted mine black
  6. Really nice build.I like the interiot, looks real good. I just recently built one myself and will get another one. Kinda messed up on the foil job on that first one I did.
  7. When I look at some of the builds posted here on this forum, both in Workbench and Underglass, there is one thing that fascinates me every-time. The body is a resin I got from-------- and the interior tub came from a 72--------- the engine is from the 32 Ford and I used the headers from the 40 Ford strip machine. How in the name of ---- can you guys remember what came from where. I have parts bins, parts are separated when the build is finished and left over parts are taken care of. But when I get a set of Headers out of the parts tray I have no clue where they came from.
  8. The prayers of Anchor Point Ministries Inc. are with you my friend.
  9. And everyone SHOULD say Amen and let this thread die.
  10. I have seen many positive responses to good traders and quick shipment time from people like jiminohio.
  11. I just might have to drive down from Cleveland for a look see.
  12. Wow, I do believe even I could do that.
  13. Sir, I watch each video you post, hinges, polishing, air brush and so on. The help you have been to me as a modeler is something I can never repay you for. Thank you and May God Bless.
  14. I purchased and built this kit several months ago and enjoyed building it and was pleased with the end result.
  15. I built one here several months ago that now, thanks to your post, I have to buy another 49 Ford and build it correctly. I like it.
  16. Personally I like the second set of photos much better.
  17. OK, I open her up and looked at the parts contained in this kit. Seems to be some flash and naturally mold lines to take care off but nothing all that bad. Seems to be a real nice, straight forward kit. This looks like it's going to be fun. Looks like it has real nice detail on the door panels. This one has to be Marina Blue with a Black interior.
  18. In my opinion this is already the best forum out there for those that build models. With that being said it is a public forum and we will every once in awhile run into problems of bashing others, or remarks that are inflammatory. These problems should be, and from what I've seen are, taken care of quickly and quietly. I'm sure there are people on this forum that, if they got to know me, would not like me as I'm sure that's true for me. We are here to learn and share a great hobby, and have fun in the process. For evidence of that refer to the gremlin posting. Live and let live. If you don't care for someones attitude or building style don't respond to their posts.
  19. Great build. I really like those big old Bonnies.
  20. There was a good assortment of models for sale at the Cleveland Auto-Rama but the only one that really caught my eye was this 66 Chevelle. Does anyone know anything about this particular kit, good, bad or otherwise. Thanks for any information you can offer.

  22. Paula and I went to the Cleveland Auto-rama today. We had a good time and she even got a hug from Fonzie. pictures are at link if your interested. http://s1185.photobucket.com/albums/z347/prg5609/2011%20AutoRama/
  23. You are a true craftsman. Simply beautiful.
  24. OK, I'm sixty years old. What the heck is a DONK???
  25. I like the box art on any model I build. The box art was a very strong factor in my purchase of the kit.
