In order to make the Duvall windshield frame work on the new roadster body, the indentations for the stock windshield frame have been filled in. Shucks!

You can get Bare Metal Foil directly from the manufacturer. It's delivered to you in a box,so it won't get folded or otherwise mangled in the mail.

Anyone deal with Motor City Resin Casters?
Bobdude replied to gbtr6's topic in Car Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
To the people that think a guy named Dave owns Motor City Resin. The true owner now and always has been Jeff Ballard. It's unfortunate the people who lost money didn't find a way to get it back. -
The German version of this kit has Cartograph decals. The decals are more detailed. The side stripe is cut into 3 pieces instead of 1 piece. It also has the side marker light detail.

After reading through the replies to the original post,it seems to me,there are people with some sort of disposable income they don't mind losing. The original post was two years ago.As people read through the responses, they still feel compelled to send away their hard earned money thinking their buying experience will be different.Sorry, folks it won't be,you will be added to the list of victims. Why people haven't taken the option of submitting a fraud claim with the Post Office is a mystery to me. -
A big thanks to the staff of Model Car Magazine for their continuing commitment to the hobby.

Tamiya Paint over Rustoleum 2X Primer
Bobdude replied to Chevy II's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
You people can do what you wish, but after paying $30.00 + dollars for a kit, there's no way I will be using Rust-Oleum or Krylon paint. -
