This is the car that inspired me to get my’83 Rx-7. This is the Revell Rx-7 kit in Model Master Italian Red with Testors Ultra Clear Coat. I had enough parts left over from my 83 build for this one.

Awesome scratch building Steve! You will have the same satisfaction or more with building a detachable lowboy trailer!

Tim you have really done a awesome job with this Bus. You have changed it from looking like a toy to a detailed replica of the real deal. Looking forward to seeing it finished. -
Nice T/A Challenger Mike. I worked on the front grill it seems like Revell didn’t add the chrome trim in the grill that the AAR’s had so I’ve added some.

Looking good so far Ken! Can’t wait to see what you paint it.

Nice catch Jeff you know you would of been kicking yourself later on if you had not fixed it. Your mock up looks good. -
Looks great in your pictures John

Thanks Francis I think I’ve fixed the fenders by sanding off the wheel trim molding that the AAR’s didn’t have. Here’s the before and after bodies. (Left one is sanded)

Very interesting build Michael with lots of good information on how to go about building it. I’ve never built a Exotic car before but I might some day so I’m going to be following along here to see how you build yours. I like your colors and I’m with you on the gold wheels.
