    Alex very sharp looking rig! I like the changes you made they add a lot to the overall build.

    For now I’m finished with the Mack mixer and waiting on my detachable lowboy kit to arrive.

    Scott that’s awesome that you found one of these. I’m planning on building mine with a Mack DM 600 and a tandem axle. I found this old data sheet with the different sizes it came in.

    Thanks Carl. The drum is now in place and I made some supports for the extra chute’s I had just enough space to hang them on the frame. Checking out some reference pictures it’s where most of them are. This one is getting closer to finishing and I’m still waiting on the detachable lowboy kit to arrive.

    Thanks Brian I was able to paint the stripes on the drum and put the decals on. I made my own exhaust shield with some PE I had.

    Your hood looks good now Riley, I know what you mean it took me 5 times to get the hood on my KW painted.

    Thanks Alex, I start with painting the rims first and with a small brush slowly paint the spokes. I find putting the tires on the rims makes it easier to hold on to them while painting.

    Thanks Carl Thanks for pointing that out Jeff they are and Revell instructions call for them to be painted. I guess that’s why I said it was 99% finished. Lol.
