  1. Hi Guys How do I make a shattered vehicle glass ? The Green Light Blues Mobile has no rear window after the meeting with The Good Old Boys. I remember coarse salt or similar for the glass that's broken out but what out the 'hole' that's left ?
  2. Bottom pic has kit steels placed in front. Not that clear tho
  3. Thanks for pics n info Brandon. Thats a great help Id love to see a finished one Andy.
  4. And there is a simple push bar included that you have to push in place. Now to go hunt for suitable steels n tyres........
  5. Sorry can only load 2 pics ? Its not a bad diecast. But only opening front doors, no hood or trunk to open. No rear window after a meet with The Good Ol Boys ! The wheels need to be changed but as they are both metal axles should be easy. The licence plates are way too small too. The interior is moulded plastic without paint n looks too yellow but does have a speedo sticker. Also a cop radio so guess same as the CPD version. Should be easy to paint n detal. More than happy we finally have a 74 Monaco though
  6. I was very pleased when my Blues Mobile arrived this morning (6 days from US to UK) Heres a few pics
  7. Thanks for posting the pics of the figures. We need new standing and sitting ones. Any casters out there ??
  8. Fantastic ! Some of those pics look like they could e a 1:1
  9. Did you get any further with the conversion ? Sure wish somebody would make a resin CC. I recently traded my 2000 Sierra ext cab for a 2004 Silverado CC short bed.
  10. Great truck n boat combo. I would love to find a resin 2004 crew cab
  11. "Wow this Mall has everything" LOL I'll look tomorrow but dont think the UK stores will carry them
  12. I guess they are limited editions but I wouldnt want 1 either. I dont buy to collect anymore (had over 1000 57 Chevys !) just to build / mod and display. Regular black wheels are god for me.
  13. Be good to see them Greg. Are they readily available ? Not sure about the green wheels, guess its a limited edition ? I bought a regular version as it will be weathered ect.
  14. The Seagrave truck looks good and some good pics but I want to keep it looking like a fire truck. I'll give some thought to the rear though The 'plan' is to complete this & the Caprice as a set up that's been donated by the Fire Dept and the crew have worked on to haul & race. I did think about using a Fox Mustang but guess the FD wouldn't have many 2 door pursuit cars ? The towns Cops will have a Fox to grudge race / beat the heat style.
  15. With the Green Light 1;24 Bluesmobile hitting stores, does anybody produce or plan to produce Jake & Elwood figures ? A briefcase (full of blues) would be an added bonus.
  16. The Ladder Chief arrived today. Its a old build thats mostly in bits and the old brittle tube glue thats holding the rest together shouldnt take much to seperate. The old red and silver paint will also be stripped. Well the other good news is the Revell 92 Caprice will fit (Cop car was to hand) I have another 1 thats due to be built as a Fire Dept drag car. Its the parts left from a 92 / Impala SS kitbash of my 1:1 96 Caprice, so ripe for modding. Im planning on using the sides of the smaller ladder section as bed rails.
  17. Leaving the compartments & jacks sounds a good idea. I'll post pics as soon as it arrives. I hope the Caprice fits !
  18. Ive just seen these are now on ebay. Has anybody bought 1 yet & can post detailed pics ? From the ebay pics, it doesn't look dirty enough, the wheels have hub caps & theres maybe no rear window ?
  19. The thought is a drag car transporter. I picked it up part built on ebay & it hasnt arrived yet so im unsure of the bed length or a suitable car. Althought a thought is for a firefighters drag car, kinda beat the heat style
  20. Has anybody converted a La France into a car hauler ? Pics or advice would be a great help
