Simple as this: If the Original ones are getting higher and higher in price..... and they are in such high demand. If you can get a very accurate one for say 1/4-1/2 the price of an original, and you are happy with that. Then its a good deal. Supply and demand

I think its pretty bad... I like the look. Everyone complaining about the waste of money... you arent putting the cash up, and half of the guys on here couldnt anyways; based on the complaining about kit prices, and jobs. Its different, and its not everyones cup of tea, I dont agree with the "worth" of the car either, but someone will probably buy it (if they havent already) I remember seeing this car a long time back.

Yep.... IM a hoarder. with around 2k kits in my "future builds" collection and around 100 or so started/stalled projects.

...... change the tires on the 1:1 .... then order the bigger ones, hahaha The Girlfriends 81z28 has 295/60/15s out back. looks real good.

These Are Cheif Joseph`s 295s ..... very nice tires. I grabbed a bunch for Camaro builds.

Heres a few Projects that ive got on the go, a couple of them are Long running projects and a couple are ones ive just started. Thought id share what Im workin on. Ive been on this Johan Heavenly Hearse for a long time now, It is painted with Testors One Coat Laquer "Lime ice" Interior has custom touched added, such as the color matched piping/ foil work, and details on the dash This is the latest release of the lowrider Cadillac from Revell, Painted House of Kolor Tangerine Kandy Intesifier , over Orion Silver with a fine flake. Top and interior are done in Krylon "brown boots" still needs foil and clear. The insets on the seats were sprayed with Duplicolor Nissan Orange which is a different paint.... purposely so it would crackle. I was after the Aligator look, and it turned out pretty good. 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood "Bald top" , This one started out as a Resin 4 door, which I removed the whoe rear roof section and moved it back 4 scale inches, shortening the trunk and makeing the roor and doors longer. It still needs allot of work but its getting there. Next up is my "Tow Pig" AMT GMC dually cab, with the deck from the revell GMC wrecker, and a styrene wheel lift that I grabbed off ebay, fully functional, really nice piece.. Just started thie one yesterday, Its a '99 Cobra, painted Metalcast Candy red, over Duplicolor Ford gold. hasnt been polished or cleared yet. thats whats currently on my bench.

We rent a farm yard out of town. mabey 10 are driveable. We just collect them, building a few decent Novas, trade bait for other stuff we want. Cant turn down a good deal.

Ive got a small Collection, '11 Camaro,'81 Camaro, '63 Nova 2dr sedan ( project) '63 Nova wagon, '63 Nova 2 door hard top, and an all original 62 Acadian Invader 4 door. Between my father and I we currently have 39 62-5 Novas and Acadians. As well as 25 or so Misc other cars, 63 Impala 2dr hardtop, 62 Impala 2 door hardtop, 65 Biscayne 2 dr,etc.

YES TONIO!!! I ordered a bunch of the 295s, and a few of the fronts, they are great! Im using them on a 70 monte and an 81 camaro that Im currently working on. great work Chief ! they look/fit excellent

Am I the only one who uses common sense and doesnt click on the topics with titles I dont like? it seems like everyone here expects their mommy to come and sensor everything they dont like. You have to expect to pay a premium for a special edition.... heck look how many Harley Davidson ford trucks are out there..... ckeck with a dealership about how much extra is is for that premium package, and im sure its 10k + , Not all people who buy a car like this treat is like that Jim, Given the opportunity, I may look into one of these, depending on the trade in value of my '11, and availablilty in Canada. Now being from Saskatchewan, Canada..... the car would be parked all winter, but thorougly enjoyed in the summer. As it is, in the past 2 summers I have only put 8,000km (5000 Miles) on my Camaro, due to working up north for 2 weeks at a time, and having a smaller commuter car for driving 7 hours to the airport.

Its a Camaro SS, with ZL1- skirts( around 500.00 unpainted) lip, rims, etc. When I bought my 2011, the 5 spoke wheels/tires were almost 4k more of an option. The paint is limited to this car only. too many complainers

Weather tech floor mats/ trunk liners are a great investment!! grabbed up the front floor mats ( cause no one will ever be in the back seat... EVER) and trunk liner for my Camaro. keeps all the little junk your shoes pick up, out of the carpet.

hit the hobby shop for some putty and these 2 kits that I really dont need followed me home. Also grabbed a new Iphone 4s to replace my broken one.

EXACTLY the context that I used the phrase in. It doestn nessesarily mean that I dont try to build to the standard of guys that do build to compete.... as with many others I challenge myself to step out of my comfort zone, and try new things, new ways fo doing things etc. but at the end of the day I have built solely for personal satisfaction.

I just ordered! cant wait, I can finally have accurate 295`s for replica builds!
