It was the last model build before the production was stopped due to bankruptcy in 1974. Engines from Chevrolet (125 cars) or Ford (157 cars) were used to power the Lele. The Lele was the successor of the ISO IR300 . The correct answer were sent in by otherunicorn Matt Bacon Mittagskind Richard Bartrop DonW Thom 1959scudetto Congratulations, well done!

  10. Lets solve this quiz. It is a bit tricky because it is a truck from Germany that was manufactured in Cologne Ford-Plant from 1940 - 1951. The truck is based on the US Model 08T from 1940. Ford had built trucks in Cologne/Germany since 1932. During the war they were named B3000 (4 cyl.) , V3000S or V3000A (both with V8) . The first Ford that had left the Cologne plant after the war was a Ford V3000 . British armed forced had taken over the plant and had started production for their use and for reconstruction of the destroyed city of Cologne. During this time body parts were pressed at the VW plant which was also under British military administration in Wolfsburg and shipped over to Cologne. In 1948 the V3000 was renamed to Rhein while the B3000 was renamed to Ruhr. With this in mind it is wasn't easy for you to get the correct type of this truck. At the start of production the B3000 and V3000 looks like the American counter parts. Due to material limitations during the war the trucks got so called Einheitsfahrerhaus (squarish wooden cab) and Einheitskotflügel (simple round fenders). There was no difference in styling between the 4 cylinder and V8 models before and after the war. So again hard to tell what kind of truck it is. This particular truck is a 1948 Ford Ruhr it has a 4 Cylinder 3.2l 52 hp engine. Loading capacity is 1.5ton With this in mind an answer that says V3000 or Ford Rhein or Ford Ruhr was accepted. Any answers that contains beside year and Ford name plate only the GGW weren't correct, sorry. ChrisR otherunicorn Richard Bartrop mittagskind
  11. ? Again I',m too late. The answer on this quiz is 1953 Hotchkiss Grégoire. Sometimes I'm asking myself what the designer though when he did the first sketches of a car. That is my personal opinon. This car looks outof proportion, but that is a personal comment. 12. It is a bit quiet out there. I'll give you a hint. The company was known for der cars and later for their trucks. The company was shut down in 1994.
  13. This car was the result of sharing ideas of build a new car. Bill Miller and Raffi Minasain liked the look of classic 60’s sports cars so we decided on a car with a familiar but fresh “look”. Retro before retro was “in”. theme became “what if Pegaso had built a car to compete with the very first super cars – the Ferrari Daytona and Lamborghini Miura.” Based on a Porsche 914 (not much was left over) and powered by a Buick V8. It is named Pegaso American Dual Turbo build in 1983. The correct answer were sent in by: Ace-Garageguy Mittagskind otherunicorn thatz4u Congratulation
  14. I think more than glueing the walls to the frame
  15. No thats ok for me. The only drawback was that I have to print the rear roof section again because it broke while cleaning.
  16. For my Peterbilt 280 COE I need a van trailer. I had started with designing the trailer chassis based on an old Corbitt 24ft trailer chassis. The chassis was printed in 2 sections, a 35ft 2 axle chassis was also printed. Pictures of prints shows the first 3 section 24ft trailer prototype. For the side walls I used evergreen sheets. The round front was formed with hot water and a hot fan over a printed front section that was way to heavy for the printed frame. The roof section is also 3D printed. Print jobs where done on a Anycubic Mono X
  17. This car is "The First Personal car from Ford of Great Britain" the Ford Consul Capri. Build from 1962 - 1964. This is one of the rare LHD cars- Overall the car was very expensive to produce and in the latter part of its production was running alongside the very popular Ford Cortina. Sales were disappointing and the Consul Capri was removed from sale after two and a half years with 19,421 sold, of which 2002 were GT models. 1007 cars were sold in 1964, the last year of production, 412 of them being GTs. The Consul Capri was discontinued in July 1964. The Consul Capri (335) is one of the rarest cars from Ford of Great Britain. 21. I had tried several times Revell Germany acryl paints and these are worse. The result after painting is not compareable to Tamiya or zero piants. The enamel paints are ok.. Since I had switched to Zero paints and Tamiya I'm happy.
  22. I not a fan of Revell paint products, most of these products a junk. But this chrome spray is very good, except for its price. This gives the best chrome effect in scale modeling. Like the other chrome paints you can't clear coat it and you have to be very careful when you grab the parts. you can rub it of or it dulls when touched.
