  8. This garbage truck was build in Tuerkey and had an old name of a company that was closed in 1961 in the USA. Chrysler Corporation introduced the DeSoto brand of trucks in 1937 to provide a greater number of sales outlets overseas for the American-built Dodge and Fargo commercial vehicles. The DeSoto brand was badge engineered sporadically on Dodge trucks made in Argentina, Australia, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom. Chrysler ended its truck operations in international markets in 1970. However, both the DeSoto and Fargo brands continued to be used on trucks made by Askam in Turkey. In 1978, Chrysler sold its share in the Askam venture to its Turkish partners. This truck is a Desoto AS700 (Askam AS 700) The correct answer were sent in by Fabrux otherunicorn thatz4u Congratulations

  12. This is a 1969 Shelby de Mexico Mustang GT350. It is based on a 1969 Hardtop with with the front end of a Mustang GT, a set of extended fiberglass rear roof pillars (to look more like a fastback), and a 1969 Shelby rear end featuring the full Shelby treatment—taillights, which Shelby sourced from the 1965 Thunderbird, deck lid, and spoiler The correct answer were sent in by: Fabrux Ace-Garageguy Bainford Bucky Otherunicorn KWT gbtr6 Congratulation
  13. That is an interesting project. Will it include also the interior?
  14. Here the newest kit from Strato Models. 6x6 Tatra 815 NTH over 300 resin, 3d-printed and etched parts. Expensive but worth the money. If you convert it to a 4x4 with RHD and replace the Tatra V12 and transmission by an Auslowe Caterpillar 3208and an Allison automatic transmission you can build a RFW from Australia. Only one was build 2001.
  15. This time I learned again that the internet provides a lot of information about the same car but with different results. The Panhard 24 B (Berline) or Panhard 24 BT (Berline Tigre) were build from 1964 - 1967. The internet provides different description for the car in this picture. One source says it is a CT, which is completely wrong do to the size of the rear quarter window. Other sources say this car is a B other say it is a BT. My source said it is a BT. Therefore the correct answer is 1964 - 1967 Panhard 24 B or 1964 - 1967 Panhard 24 BT. Just 1964 - 1967 Panhard 24 wasn't enough. Those guys that sent in this correct answer: Bucky ChrisR Bainford Richard Bartrop gbtr6 sjordan thatz4u Ace-Garageguy otherunicorn Matt Bacon Fabrux Congratulations

  19. Hall Scout build truck engines until the 1960's. Most of them were gasoline engines because the early diesel engine weren't powerful enough for trucks.. All major truck manufactures like Peterbilt, Kenworth, Mack or Autocar offered Hall Scott engines either as gasoline or butan engines. I will install this engine in a Peterbilt 280 COE from Strato model. I used Fusion 360 to design the 3D model and a Anycubic Mono X as a printer.
  20. And another one has gone out of business. I was lucky to get a last order from him.
