  1. Level of details on this build is just stunning! Love your work!
  2. Harold: ... and we think about the same about the American cars here in Europe
  3. I quit modeling............. This monster is simply awesome!
  4. Looks really nice so far I'd go for an old, abused machine instead of a "restored" one
  5. Clean and beautiful Well done!
  6. Thanx, guys! Draggon: Yeah, they're wild and I think the wheelie bar is a bit oversized, but... It's finished now
  7. Whoa... This is one amazing build and I love the way it is turning out Keep it up!
  8. Class 2: This could, in some way, be also clasified as class 4: Fiat body, Viper engine and transmission, unknown JDM racing seat, a lot of scratched parts... Class 3: 101% scratch... Class4: My next project
  9. I'd go for silver or light grey. Remember to set the white balance on your camera according to the light you'll be using (sun, neon, cloudy day, ...)
  10. Here's one of my latest finished builds. It's a modded version of the Jada's "custom" Mustang. I got the kit in a very bad condition, as the body was almost dipped in black paint. The thicknes of the paint layer was abnormal... You can see the mod progress here: Click here. To make the long story short: - New wheels - Clean look - Roll-cage - Wheelie bar - Custom decals - Custom exhaust - Wing - Parachute - ... Most of the mods were scratch-built. As I went throught the celan-look phase I've had insane problems with the putty and fillers - no matter what I did, the primer ALWAYS showed me the same ol' cracks in places where the putty ended and the rest of the plastic began... Hell... And I went through the whole deal about 3-4 times and still there was almost NO progress... This resulted in me losing all the will to work on this car, so I just bashed it all together and threw it in the display case. At first I've had ideas to make it a multi-color custom paint-job and stuff like that, but in the end it ended as it did... Here are some shots of the finished car: Any comments are welcome

The weirdest 'Pala I've seen EVER, but it is just that that makes her outstanding! Great work! Nice roof, nice non-symetrical rear end, PJ is killer, ... Love it
  12. Great work Can you still replace the "caps" of the air intake? These white pastic ones are a bit thick and I think they'd be much more realistic if you amde them out of an empty beer can or something like that
  13. And one more LOL-ish thingy before I stop jamming your servers and connections: Yes, it is the same model TO BE CONTINUED!
  14. Applied some Vallejo dusty thing-things while slurping on my morning coffee: And quickly dry-fitted it: Me be oh so happy so far
  15. Then I started working on the dio base. A bit of glue and some fine saw-dust: A few minutes of playing with different sprays:
  16. The victim: This is how I got the Chevy from a friend of mine: A bit of heat and a few touches: Rust, hairspray, silver paint, chipping, oil-paint play:
  17. Another dry-fit was done: Time to hit the (off)road...
  18. Safety belts wannabe... Dash: Pulleys in their places: Turret almost done: Them rimz...
  19. And then this dirt-head bought some Vallejo pigments...
  20. After that I started washing some parts and assembling some groups of parts:
  21. Darn... Been away from this wonderful forum for a while... But here's some update on the Valter After the painting I covred the model in hairspray, painted some green acrylics over it and "chipped" it Before chipping: After chipping: Testors flat clear:
