  1. Hmmmm, this won't be box stock..., right? Looking forward to what's coming next!
  2. Monogram Callaway Corvette Speedster maybe?
  3. Hi Mark, CT is a bit too far away for me, but your text begs for pictures of your studio, IMHO... Good luck founding your club!
  4. After seeing this I don't have any projects anymore. I'll be too busy to watch yours :-) But on my list are: RWB 993 Porsche Rocket Bunny Mazda RX-7 FD3 1970 Buick GSX Pro Street 2002 Camaro Pro Stock Matt and Debby Hayes Thunderbird Pro Street 1970 1/2 Camaro Pro Street (inspired by Monza's Camaro of Street Outlaws) A couple of 1999 Camaro's (based on the Camaro I used to have: a base Z28 As I bought it, upgraded like how I sold it and one how it would have evolved if I had been able to hold on to it longer and do with it as I had in mind). 1948 Ford Coupe custom, based on a Juha Airio kit ( https://public.fotki.com/Rikster/model_cars/model_cars_from_others/models_by_juha_airio-1/48_ford_custom/ ) 1970 1/2 Camaro Pro touring I like this topic!!
  5. Any pics of items as delivered (no clean up or anything)? The reason for asking is that a couple of years ago I bought an LS series engine in resin. I was really disappointed in what I got (parts would line up without heavy modification, loads of flash, you know). That I don't want to happen again.
  6. For ne of my next projects, I'm looking for some big 'ol engine. Both VCG and BNL have some nice engines to choose from. Project is a pro street car (GM). Does anyone have any hands on experience with either manfacturer and their products? Do the parts need a lt of clean up, how do they build, etc.? Any info will be appreciated. MG
  7. Hi Jeremy, any progress on this build? MG
  8. @KWT: are you using Clearly Scale parts for this? How are they to work with?
  9. Go Dutchies!!! Welkom Erik!!! You'll like it here! Great thing you did with your forum name.
  10. One of the nicest 2nd gens I've seen in a looooooooooong time. Outstanding color, details and stance. What wheels did you use? MG
  11. this would be a really nice car! Donor kit?
  12. Welkom op dit mooie forum Jesper! I like your Avatar! RWB? What type of cars are you in to? Do you have pics of your RC cars? You'll find great inspiration and info here. Have fun! MG
  13. Well done!!
  14. Nice build! What hood did you use? MG
  15. Where was the picture taken? At a museum?
  16. The place looks familiar, but where is it??? Hmmm..., I WILL get this one...
  17. Oh WOW! That's just awesome! The car looks fast in this picture. Reminds me of the steam train drawings and old posters of the classic races: https://nl.pinterest.com/pin/54535845458985243/ https://nl.pinterest.com/pin/487796203359614354/ https://www.postercorner.com/Automobile-Car-Poster-MCF-Auto-Poster-Giclee-p/00540.htm MG
  18. For me, as I am from outside the USA, it is quite the other way around. Many times the shipping price noted in the ad is high enough to scare me off, even though I know that the rates are way to high for what they were on similar items I had shipped. For instance: I can't believe that a, say, USD 12 resin chassis would cost USD 40 (!!!) to send to The Netherlands. I really like the chassis but no way I'll pay USD 40 to get it here ...
  19. Thanks!!! I am very happy with the trade as well! MG
  20. Oh wow, lovely color and great build! I'll be followong this...
  21. Thumbs up voor socal76 (Steven)! Steven was willing to look by the distance out trades had to cover: USA - The Netherlands (and vice versa). He also make some great efforts to make the trade worthwile for both of us. Thanks Steven! MG
