Very nice! Don't worry about the stripe, the color was more than likely white, but real color photos from back then are almost non-existant and nobody here could say for sure...do what you want, it's your model. Great project!

It's a pretty easy fix to modify this to a 95-96'. A few suspension tweeks, a small fill and sand on the back C pillar windows, and a new housing for the rear view mirrors. All in all maybe 30 minutes of work....glad this kit made it back...for however long that will be given the sale/new ownership of the company.

Ed's a great guy and would be a real asset to this new company. They will need American's plain and simple, and he's as good a place to start as any. I just hope it all goes well for all concerned...

I don't know, but it's very popular as expected, even my Hobbytown is out. I was dumb and only grabbed 2 before they went poof, at least for the time being.

I wish I didn't have to sell a kidney to buy a 67' Galaxie... I have so many I'd like ti build up, maybe it'll come back to life oneday by Round2...

It's a Coronet grille, and you might be lucky, I've seen that promo around a few times since I bought it. It might take a while, have you checked Shapeways? I know they have a few front end parts for the ol Monaco...
Jeff
The MPC made 75' Plymouth Road Runner coupe promo has exactly the front end you need, if you can find it...I found mine at a show about 3 years ago that was broken for about $15. Models by Tony may have the parts too...
