Very cool, I seen to lack imagination, glad to see others that haven't! Very nicely done.

I've wanted a Buddy L Texaco gas station for as long as I can remember. They are way out of my price range though.

I scribed cabinet doors, added edges to bench top, added a back splash and door hinges. Needs a little more clean up. Ideas, suggestions, comments all welcome.

Not going too crazy here. I've added toe kick below and want to add doors to the front with handles. Maybe a back splash board and detail paint.

A few years back I purchased a model car collection from a man that stopped building models in 1962. This workbench was among the models. Does anybody know anything about it, it's 1/25 scale, moulded in the blue color you see. I was going to start doing some modifications to it, but decided to hold off until I could find out more about it.

Very nice, I love the final results on your build. The AMT kit falls a little short . The AMT kits of this era have always peaked my imagination, the Mopower Satelitte, Dragray Corvette, the Vega Kammback, and Pinto funny cars, crazy body shapes just beg to be built. I think the Trogan Horse is the only one I've seen built.

I too, was born a motor head. In 1964, I had an older cousin that built models and they were on display on his window sill. I thought they were so cool, I remember talking my mom into letting me get one and it taking me forever to decide what kit to get. I finally settled on AMTs 1964 Pontiac Bonneville. I was 7 years old and I have no idea of what ever happened to it. I mowed lawns, raked leaves and shoveled snow to make model money. I built models until I was 17, real cars took over then. I gave all, but one of my models to to the kid upstairs. Fast forward to 1982 or so when Monogram brought out Bob Gliddens T Bird Pro Stock and the Reher and Morrison Camaro kits and I was hooked again. I've been buying and building ever since.

This makes for a nice funny car, great job!

My interpatation is the first. Pre 60 Flat head V8, any 6 cylinder, or Straight 8 .
