  1. Thank you guys! There was only a couple of fit issues. The doors needed the mounting holes enlarged so you could float the doors for adjustment. The headlights needed fitting. But other than that it was a great kit . This was fun. My Ferrari P4 is a challenge!!! White metal and fit issues everywhere. But it is a very detailed kit and if you can stay with it, it turns out great. Thanks again for the nice comments
  2. Also no spray booth. Very early in the morning at 6am. On the side of the house. I hang the parts in a shed to dry. The paint drys to the touch in 3 minute so dust does not settle in it. If a little dust gets in the paint I sand the spot with 2000 sand paper then rub it out with 3m rubbing compound. Polish and then wax it. With this paint you can do this in 2 hours. It’s automotive so it has to be fast. Hope this helps.
  3. Thank you for the great comments. The color is twilight turquoise. It is a factory Toyota color. Automotive water based paint. With sherwin Williams urethane clear. HPC15 clear. Mix it 4:1:1. 4 parts clear, one part harder, one part reducer. Shoot it thru a sata mini jet spray gun. .8 tip hope this helps.

  18. Put the duct mounts on the front end. Of course had to modify. This kit is a great kit as long as you model it. Meaning modify, change, cut , add material etc. The model is not a regular kit. As soon as my buddy ,Mark explained to me about mfh kits, it was better. I thought since I spent so much for this kit it was supposed to fall together. NOT SO! You have to work every part. I do not want to put any one off these kits but they are a lot of work. But the results are quite amazing. Next is the cooling ducts for the brakes and interior. Hope you like and thank you for the comments. I’m learning , boy am I learning.
