  1. Cool Alan. I'll just bet these will be well received. Thanks for posting.
  2. WOW! Having all of this in paint sure looks great. Fabulous work on this David.
  3. There was a guy on this site or one other online modeling forum who works at Garlits' museum and he said he could any and all the pictures of a particular subject you wanted. I'll see if I can locate him and get wih you.
  4. Thanks for posting that Chuck. I only took the time to look at the pictures and I was there over an hour. Amazing!! Thanks for the link Ken. I just knew you'd have a photo album of this wonderful build.
  5. No drama. That's what we like to hear. Its coming along nicely. Let's hope the weather clears up so you can get some paint on this bad boy.
  6. This is really shaping up Charlie and I really like the light wash look. Really makes the details 'pop.' This will be another masterpiece if you keep it up to your normal level of craftsmanship. I really need to get an order in.
  7. Mr. Hamilton - your work has so much detail that small pictures are so hard to study. Do you have larger pictures some place where one could study for hours?
  8. Thanks guys. Rom - I'll just do that and we'll see what happens although I'm the store manager so I'd have to tell myself. Not sure how I'd take it. LOL
  9. Truely amazing detail. I can't believe this is your first attempt at lathe work on your builds. Imagine how good you'll be when you get some experience. LOL
  10. Mind boggling, truely mind boggling Ken. I like the marks on the roof from the swing door.
  11. Sa-weeeeet stuff Rom. Lovin' this. I gotta do a 1/16 scale one of these days.
  12. Completely off the charts Rom. The level of detail and thought that goes into each of your builds is mind boggling. I'm glad this thread was resurrected.
  13. OK, couple of pix to show but not much progress on this. Was planning on putting in a full night but just got called into work to cover for a sick employee. Hoping to get more time in tomorrow.
  14. That's really cool. Nicely done. Those old barns really have some character to them and you really captured the look.
  15. This is so keel. I love it. I sense another brick walled dio build in my future after seeing your creation.
  16. They must have been triplets 'cause one of them is in my diorama and he is wearing a hat. Looks like a cool kit Brett and I've been thinking of getting one so I'll be following this one closely. Build on.
  17. Primer you say?? I was thinking you might just clear coat it because it'd be a shame to hide all of that great detail work. Just kiddin'
  18. Dang!! I can't see them either and I'm on a Mac, as if that makes a difference. It does to me. LOL
  19. Thanks for the thoughtful comments fellas. They're most appreciated and keep me in the right direction.
  20. I'm loving all this scratchbuilding. Top notch stuff here Darren. Thanks for postiing add'l pictures and I just knew this was going to be good. Keep plugging away, we're following along.
  21. A bit of work done on this one. Built aluminum tubing shocks on all corners and changed out the Olds engine for a 392 hemi. I just can't seem to build a drag car without a hemi in it. I'll have some progress pix to share later this weekend.
  22. Every inconspicuous detail is a masterpiece in itself. Thanks so much for sharing your amazing creations with us Ken.
  23. I do remember that kit had a nice set as well. Wonder what Alan thinks of them. LOL
  24. I was about to ask the same question. Great looking rims there Rom. Each of your builds is a stunner and this one doesn't disappoint.
  25. I like. I'm sure I would like it even more if I could see more pictures. LOL
