If It aint there ..... Yes I has an idea lol Enter ... Cameron My little Star ...... who still harbors a dirty little secret I say she's my Star because she took the lead role in one of my Tutorials "Redoing the 05-09 Mustang Grille. " http://spazticplasticz.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=tpz&action=display&thread=39

was your kit New ?? the Grille is on a white sprue along with the Bullitt Airbox filter and "trunk fillers"
-
To do a Shelby GT he'd also need a standard flat hood and graft on the scoop from the 66 Shelby kit. I was planning on a Shelby GT when this happened .... Dang .... I just keep pullin S197s out the wood work lol

Rollback kit
Rick Schmidt replied to sstacey47's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Sean are you still doing these Rollbacks ?? I'm interested in one myself -
Like was said before Ya are right about no one "needing " 650 HP its all about "wanting " it ... If cars were all about "need" we'd still be driving Model Ts. Harry If I remember Right don't you have a Mustang? Do ya need it ?? no ya wanted it. Just as I do not need any of my 3 Mustangs I have them because I want them. If I drove a car based on just need I'd could just as easily get to work and back in such in a Toyota or a Honda ... I Want to drive my 01 V6 every day. As for that axle again as was said Ford uses it because that is what us Mustang guys want.. if we wanted IRS there wouldn't be Terminators Lurking about with live axles under them Edit I was typing as ya posted this Harry so ya did confirm my thinkin ya have a Stang

Think what I used on my Bullit was Model Master ... Do Know it was called Fathom Green think its a GM color used it on my 68 decided I needed to use the same eact color on my 08 May not be perfect but looks the part to a non rivet counter like me lol
-
Man I can't even get motorvated my Bullitt is painted and set to be lowered but is gettin nowhere my 10s front is lowered but just can't get goin
-
Could be Rob. I'm not on top of the latest generation yet. I'm just sayinif they are specific to the newer 5.0 GTs I'd want them in the kit. Seems there's also some bumper differences too but that may be V6 only. I do know for sure the 11 V6 got a new bumper. Not sure on theGT.
-
I'm also thinking that Possibly the Headlights are different on a 5.0 gt VS the 4.6 GT. Starting to see a lot of pics turning up with 5.0 badging on the side and headlights that are reversed from the 2010 with the turn signals outboard of the light. If this is the Case Revell would have to get this detail right or there'll be a lot of the same fussing heard over the 68s interior and the KRs filter

Hmmm I smells a Supercharged 65 .... hehe -
This is my onliest Mustang II It be an MPC II hehe took a vintage Midnight Mustang and a Firefighter and made a street car Cut the front fender wells outta the Firefighter and grafted them onto the vintage body cause the vintage body was more correct unlike the Firefighters 74 nose and hood on a 78 body
-
Ummmm not to mention the 5.0 engine .......
-
That vert is gonna open up a lotta conversion for us Stang guys. Not only the obvious '10 verts but using the parts into an 05-09 body to make a vert without scratch building the vert parts

Dave, I believe even the intercooled had the battery on the driverside looked very similar except for the intercooler chillin on top of the engine . It just confused me to see it that way in an 84. Doesn't catch me off as bad anymore to see it there on later foxes ... especially the FI ones since the intake leads off towards the passenger side
-
Mike ya intake looks good did a similar thing to my KR since I got priveledged enough to buy two of the early production run kits lol My other KR I'm thinking of doin something like in a Mag I saw ... A turbo going into the SC hehe

Man this aint been my dang week got sick yesterday afternoon. Finally got a minute where I can get in my room and attack the site from my desktop instead of my Phone. Here's the pics I promised days ago This is the rear only modded chassis I got at the moment but ya can see whats removed from mine by comparing it to one of your unmolested ones. I removed the arm above the diff and removed the shaft tunnel for clearance After this is done ya cut the spring to the right height and install the rear as in the instructions Kinda ugly but is all hidden on a built model. Plus I don't fuss much bout the side the shelf sees. Up front ya can see where my K member mounts on the frame are flat compared to the '10 frame in the background. this raises the K higher to the engine thus lowering the stance after this mod ya just gotta cut ya struts to the right height. If done right ya should actually still be able to mount the K as intended cause all the locating holes stay in the frame even where ya shave it down. Do these mods only after ya have selected wheels and tires because as said before they do limit how low the car can sit without major surgery to the wheel wells. Also do the front first so ya can use it to align the rear to the corect height ..... the front can only go so low while the rear can go as low as ya want .... one wrong cut and the car has a taildragger stance

Gotta agree about the being no Factory 351W Mustangs in the Fox run. If they existed the only sources for a 351W swap into a Mustang oil pan wouldn't be Crown Vics or the aftermarket. And those 351W CVs aren't a dime a dozen either... I know I hunted dor one before giving up and ordering an aftermarket oil pan. Now Bradley ya pic confuses the hell outta me and my 84 Coupe lol was it just the Turbo Models that got the battery on the driver side like the later Foxes ... or was the standard 4 bangers the only ones who retained the passenger side mounted battery ...... My 84 Coupe has the batter on the passenger side like the early Foxes . What gives here ?? Lol and if I get the the battery was never on the passenger side in 84 ... yes I can and will prove it lol
