  1. This one started out the year back in January a'55 Chevy Cameo.Next was this one a '41 Ford pickup I owned. Then this a '62 Impala convertable. This my one and only Mustang.A '64 GTO
  2. Nice collection! I especially love the two Hornets, they look like box art. Congratulations on all of them.
  3. Nice job Chuck. The sub-lime pops. Also love the stance. Do you have any close ups of the engine and what is it?
  4. Thanks Scale-Master.
  5. Thanks again! I love your thread!
  6. Nice! We will hear him coming! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year of modeling.
  7. Thanks Andre, I appreciate getting yet another tip from you. Hope you keep them coming. I got my top color painted yesterday, going for two-tone. I'm getting ready to start the engine.
  8. OK here we go. When a fellow modeler tells me I have to do this or that to my model. No I don't! That is like chalk squeaking on the board. When someone in my club (no names) always criticizes my model and I look at theirs I want to scream at them. I don't. I just think, "Did you come all the way here to tell me that?" When someone asks a question as an opening to talk non-stop to you and continues to talk over you every time you try to get a word in after that. OK, that's my rant. ....On another note, when you are dining out and they bring you the check isn't that the bill?
  9. I say put it on the shelf and build another. I have one from 50 years ago, a few details added with the airbrush as I progressed but, original finish, remains one of my favorites. A '32 Ford like yours is timeless, lots of parts available from other kits. Styles change so much on these but, I will admit, I've never seen one quite like yours. It looks like some newer Corvette parts. Maybe you are on to something. ....OK, Viper, you got me on that one, I had to look back.
  10. I C N not B leav N. Had to look several times to take it all in. It keeps the eyes moving, I love it.
  11. You got me so excited about thi kit I started mine yesterday It was going to be my first model next year. I like your engine and chassis. Interior is also looking good. I hope to get more tips from you like the one about the steering link. Thanks, I'll be tuned in.
  12. I love your pickup, nice job.
  13. I always loved that truck, it just needed a few more ponys. Nice start.
  14. What did you use to start the fire? I need some. It looks cool!!!
  15. It turned out fantastic in my opinion. The only thing missing is some advertiseing on the side, and you can always add that later I guess if you decide to. Beautiful, clean looking model the way it is. I like the whitewalls too.
  16. I really like your list the best for practical purposes. I really think kind of like you, here are our tools; 1. 2000 Beetle for me ( I'm retired so it will last a long time), 2. 1970 Beetle for me to have a project, 3. 2010 Toyota Prius for her daily commute ( it makes her happy), 4. 1980 MGB so she has a toy, 5. 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T (The Man Van) for family trips. I do miss having a pickup but, it probably gets me out of a lot of work not having one. I could live with this list, oh yeah I already am.
  17. Great year, congrats! Not a Mopar man myself but, I love the one on the trailer.
  18. You like what I like, I just wish I could draw like you, beautiful!!!
  19. My five would be; 1. '32 Ford Roadster hot rod, 2. '40 Ford pickup, stock, 3. '50 Chevy pickup, stock, 4. '55 Chevy 2-door Del Ray with stock V8, 3-speed, 5. '57 T Bird. My ride now is a 2000 VW Beetle.
  20. It looks like a bare aluminum body now to me. I also liked the black with red slash marks. Nice restoration! I love the 289 version of this car.
  21. I like that comment. I think you are talking about my Grandson. Thanks, Thanks also to Tom, Jim, and Sam.
  22. Good to see you back on here and hope to see some more progress on your model soon. Looks like you have a lot on the table.
