  1. The whole time I was looking I kept thinking of the one on Overhaulin and then the picture, your inspiration. You nailed it! I don't know the source of your parts but, they are exceptional. The brake drums and engine parts are the best I've seen. Beautiful!
  2. Those colors look great on the Hudson and congrats on the foil. Love the dioramas.
  3. I just had a thought, it looks like oil sprayed all over it, (the little black specks). It's just water color, I was trying to give it a wash, and it will wash off. I need a better wash but, don't want to ruin it with anything that will cut the enamel. Any suggestions?
  4. Thanks everybody for all your positive feed back and words of encouragement,
  5. Thanks, I do remember you saying that. I still think maybe the scallops would have looked better.
  6. I say REAL. Oh wait, thats Harry's thread. It does look real and beautiful. Nice job!
  7. It looks like a bad mistake right now but, I know the end result will be another outstanding masterpiece. I'll be watching the Master do his work!
  8. I'm still looking at it. The Hot Rod magazine is a cool touch and the Swimsuit edition, wow! I also love the hood ornament/ radiator cap. The engine detail grabs me the most. Everything about this, the wheels, tires, road rash, I love it. Again, NICE WORK. ............Still looking at 4:30,love it!!!
  9. That is so cool!!! I could look at this one all day. Great pictures too! The engine is over the top cool.
  10. Awesome work!!! It helps when you are familiar with the subject which, you obviously are. Looking forward to the future cover story from MCM and Harry. Also looking forward to seeing more of your work.
  11. You're right, it looks finished and I like it very much! I like the weathering, it looks driven and the engine is spot on. Nice job.
  12. Thanks for all the kind words. Here's another picture with the top up for you guys that like it that way.
  13. I love it!! Excellent job on the welding tanks!
  14. Thanks Slusher, there are still plenty of them out there to be had, and cheap. I picked this one up for $2 about a month ago.
  15. More pictures.
  16. Just finished this one up. '32 Ford Phaeton. Just a quick project, my first CBP. Not near what some of the other guys are building but, it was fun.
  17. I'm calling this one finished and moveing it to Under Glass, thanks for looking.
  18. Nice mix of Fords. The '57 with the red wheels, baby moons and whitewall delete in the rear just says "Hot Rod" to me. Takes me back to days when I cruised the Ford dealership on my bicycle as a kid, we had a Ford dealership within four blocks of home. Thanks for the memory.
  19. The radiused dash and the under cage. Thanks for watching.
  20. While I was applying the pin stripe decals I broke the windshield post, so had to repair the paint and decided to use the chrome windshield. Next the decals started falling off, so decided to airbrush the stripes on. Also while handeling it the steering wheel post broke and ruined the paint on the dash, so I decided to radius the dash underneath to allow more leg room. Installed mufflers and gas tank. I still love the Phaeton.
  21. Applied ZING to the floor to simulate carpet.
  22. Love it! Love every thing about it. Nice job on the engine bay My Mom and Dad had a dark green '51 four door and I have yet to build one. On my list for next year after seeing yours.
  23. I love the '55, also checked out your Photobucket, awesome stuff! Looks like you are into junkers and drag cars. I watched your slide show all the way to the peanut butter lid dio. Cool stuff.
