  1. So, what is the load capacity of an actual 48ft spread axle flatbed trailer? I'm guessing from the photo, this one is probably "aluminum" and not "steel".
  2. Thanks, guys. I appreciate the compliments. Jim, you won't be disappointed. The kit goes together well. Ken, what are you using for the fifth-wheel?
  3. I didn't join because I never imagined that I would complete the 1926 Mack AC within the timeframe. Live & learn I guess.
  4. Well, I don't know about outstanding, but thank you for the compliment. It does build up nicely right out of the box. I enjoyed this build, and I would build this kit again; but I think I would try to back date it to 1916.
  5. Great looking combination, and great tribute.
  6. Looks great, Jeff. Well done.
  7. Thanks, guys. I'm pretty please with it.
  8. Definitely want the F100 with the utility body, and might pick up one of those flatbed trailers.
  9. Thanks. I'm hoping to bring it.
  10. It's done! I think this is a record for me. Here is the Under Glass thread:
  11. Here is Rockwell Lime Co. of Manitowoc, WI, brand new 1926 Mack AC dump truck ready for delivery. The build thread is here:
  12. I think it came out just fine. Well done.
  13. Yes, I believe that all of that is AMT. The conventional is the "Movin On" W925, but any on the AMT W925 instructions should do. The COE is the AMT Kenworth K123, the van is the AMT Exterior Port Van, and the other trailer is the AMT Livestock trailer. Your best chance for instructions is here: https://public.fotki.com/modeltrucks25thscale/ Check under Model Kits Archives under AMT, AMT/Ertl, & AMT/Matchbox.
  14. Charlie, no I do not have any weathering powders. I might have to invest in some of those. Thanks, Andy. Did the wood with craft paint. Wasn't too hard. These kits show up at model shows every so often. I suppose one can only hope the Revell USA reissues them again. I'd like to get the flatbed/stake truck & back date it to 1916.
