  1. Nice pictures. That's been around the block a few times.
  2. Looking nice. I like the painted smaller tanks.
  3. Still kind of surprised Round2 didn't Coca-Cola the AutoCar. Maybe there are Coca-Cola decals on the sheet.
  4. Matlack? Sorry, best picture I have.
  5. That's pretty cool. Wonder what it's registered as?
  6. Interesting upgrade for the ProStar, or whatever.
  7. Interesting. I wonder if they'll sell the tank separately like they do with the 20ft container.
  8. Good information, Greg. So if I were to do a 1964 ALF 900 Series AeroChief 90 that has a white body, by NFPA standards the frame would be white as well? According to the Syracuse Fire Department, it was powered by a 6 cylinder 305 HP engine (Continental?) hooked to a 5-speed manual transmission. The plywood roof was added in 1968 due to the Race Riots, and it was repowered in 1973 with a Detroit Diesel 6-71N/265HP. Probably when it was rebuilt with a 100ft Seagrave midship aerial ladder.
  9. The figures look very "modern", yet there's a 1970s Kenworth on the box. I would be interested to see the other figures in the series as well. http://mbltd.info/models.htm
  10. Very well done. Two of my favorite USAAF/USAF fighters.
  11. Do you think that this was an option from Mack, or was it something that was fabricated by the owner after receiving the truck from Mack? Either way, it's pretty cool. Yes, that's a big hook on the right!
  12. And he can plow snow with it in the winter.
  13. Looks really nice, Chuck. Well done.
  14. Yes, then you'd have an RD.
  15. The DM is also Mack's vocational chassis (DM stands for Dump/Mixer). The R-series is a more highway oriented truck.
  16. Should be an interesting build, Charlie. Where in New York is the actual truck you're going to go see? Is it at the FASNY Museum in Hudson?
  17. Nice choice on the 6V71T. Is that from Auslowe? If it is, be careful, the turbo crossover pipe doesn't line up with the turbo.
  18. Awesome job, Ray. I don't think I would want to be submerged in that contraption, but it's an interesting idea. We all live in a wooden submarine! A wooden submarine! A wooden submarine! (Apologies to The Beatles.)
  19. That looks awesome, Brian. Very well done.
