  1. Do you have a contact for Ken's Customs? I'm thinking of putting a Cummins in the 1/16 Kenworth.
  2. Your Mack & trailer look really nice. I agree with Clayton, the AMT tanker will try your patience.
  3. The 8-bag suspension is a good change, & the Moebius tires will look a lot better.
  4. Don't knock until you've tried it, Sergey. I'm sure you could do wonders with that little kit, and you never know, it might be an interesting change of pace.
  5. Great looking combination. Gravel trailer looks right at home behind the DR.
  6. It will be interesting to watch the restoration. It definitely needs a trip to the wash rack! Looking forward to progress posts.
  7. Don't forget the unicorns!
  8. I think it's mid-1980s or so. Most of the new car haulers have racks over the cab & on the behind the cab as well. Although this style is still used, I've only seen them hauling used cars around here. Never new ones.
  9. What else is Mr. McGuire casting? Does he have a Website or eBay store?
  10. The Revell of Germany US trucks & trailers are 1/25; their European trucks & trailers are 1/24. All of Italeri's trucks & trailers are 1/24.
  11. Very nice looking Pete. Would look right at home in California. Aren't single axle tractors used in Florida to haul rock trailers? I seem to remember hearing that somewhere, but I don't remember seeing any while I was living in Miami.
  12. Isn't the VIT cab-over the post-1976 Kenworth K100?
  13. Nice looking Pfalz. I like the lozenge camouflage. Is that a particular aircraft?
  14. So I did a little digging, and if this is a 1958 then it is a 500-Series, most likely a 521 since only one of the rear axles is driven. And what makes this really cool is that is still works! Do you know what type of engine it has? Back then Kenworth used Cummins, Buda, Hall-Scott, & Waukesha if I'm not mistaken. Just out of curiosity, what's the asking price?
  15. Dan, i used to love that show!
  16. Pretty slick decals, probaly wouldn't use most of them. They are kind of neat, though. Interesting how they have the VN listed as "Sweden" as the Country. These are made exclusivly for the North American Market, and are not sold in Sweden (I don't even think this would fit on European city roads). Granted, Volvo is Swedish so that's probably why they did what they did.
  17. Sure gave me a chuckle!
  18. Lot of possibilities with this one. Looks like a nice kit.
  19. Very nice job on a very tough kit. Well done. It looks good as a daycab.
  20. Looking nice. Figured you would have corrected the hood and front & rear suspension as well.
  21. Nice job on the Invasion Stripes. Are they decals, paint, or tape?
