  1. Didn't even know they made a 1/72 SPAD XIII. Interesting.
  2. He'll respond. Eventually.
  3. I've seen that trailer up close & personal. I's a very nice trailer.
  4. That's serious Hardcore, Pavel. Looks like he even won a bottle of champagne! I've never seen that at a US competition.
  5. Seams, definitely seams! They are my nemesis.
  6. Here you go: http://public.fotki.com/modeltrucks25thscale/model_magazine_articles/car_modeller/cm38_july_1996_conv/
  7. You're off to a good start. I like the W900 AeroDyne in the background, too.
  8. It's interesting to note that in the photos that I've seen of this reissue, the air cleaner is on the drivers side while the luberfiner is on the passengers side. Is it the same with the yellow SSP reissue from 2013? This is opposite from the Revell USA 1/25 Peterbilt 359.
  9. The Soviets sure kept a lot of ammo out in the open in their turrets, although this was probably common practice for all armies during WWII.
  10. Nice looking wood wheels.
  11. Nice looking Charger.
  12. Looking good, but I think your tanks are reversed. As to the 5th wheel, I leave mine floating as well. I don't glue the 5th wheel or the carrier down.
  13. Cool. I'll have to see if I can track down some wiring & detailing information for the Flathead V8.
  14. Oh, good. So I'm not going crazy.
  15. Nice looking Tempest, although I do admit it does look a little plain.
  16. That's a lot of detail. Almost a shame to close up the hull.
  17. I just saw on another board that Revell (possible Revell of Germany) is planning on reissuing the 1/16 Peterbilt 359. Looks like the cost is about $170. Didn't Revell USA recently reissue this kit substantially cheaper?
  18. Thanks for the info, Chuck. Yes, I have the latest reissue with the yellow F1 on the box. As to your offer, a local modeler has offered to trade me the Flathead V8 out of his 1949 Mercury kit for the one in the 1950 F1 kit. Seems reasonable to me.
  19. Mark, I seem to have just the opposite problem: too many kits & not enough projects!
  20. That's what I thought.
