  1. There is no actual formula difference between TS and AS paints, the AS line is for aircraft , so you can mix and match TS/AS all you want and there will be no chemical reaction. The AS line offers colors that are used primarily on/for aircraft.
  2. I think some of yalls need to get a hobby............oh wait.............. Anyways, getting upset over anonymous likes? yikes!, It must be really nice to have nothing else going in ones life to be able to devote time and energy to disliking an getting upset over it.
  3. This right here.
  4. That is their plan as well.
  5. Arrived today
  6. That is the only acceptable one at this point ?...............IMO of course.
  7. They are here, all the big online retailers I think have finally have their stock now, Tamiya hasnt released the entire line yet either. They are great paints, Ive been using them for a few years now, they air brush very nicely. https://www.megahobby.com/products/tamiya-lacquer-paint-lp-colors-10ml-1-3-oz-bottles.html
  8. You can self import them from sellers on Ebay.
  9. Love that shade of blue!!
  10. And the 2nd version is coming, Taxi, it will have a male driving figure. Looks it will be out next month in SK, Nov for Japan.
  11. Recent reissue of the LCBJ44 kit from Italeri with the hard/soft top options, I built it with the hard top , paint is Toyota Cement Grey from Scalefinishes.
  12. Revell paints , they have a aqua line, maybe give those a try if you want water based.
  13. Indeed Chuck, new Hasegawa kits are very good, sometimes they get a little over complicate on some things( but is done for various versions), but just like Tamiya, throw the glue n paint in the box and out comes a completed kit.
  14. I believe they are for the 2008MY
  15. The point is, they are production street cars that can do 0-60 in 2 seconds, the Tesla was only one that needed the track prep , and Tesla demands, so gets the old "disclaimer", I just included it to show that EV's can do 0-60 IN UNDER 2 seconds, I think the normal 0-60 time is 2.something All these cars have launch controls that don't allow the tires to "burn rubber", and that is the only way you can achieve these quick 0-60 times.
  16. Revells VW T2 Bus kit from the Easy Click System, I tried to build it in the spirit of the kit, I limited myself very little research and pretty much just used the colors listed in the instructions, so I left a lot on the table and I am ok with that. Tamiya TS-12 was used over the bare plastic. I have very little negative things to say, I had fun building this kit, I liked how they did the windows( mounting tabs, snap into place) but a few didnt want to fit, the side door and rear hatch, took a bit of time to get them in place. Not a full snap kit, some parts need need glue, or could use glue as the fit wasnt tight. I broke both side view mirrors, I think the mounting holes were a tad to small. looking forward to the camping version coming soon, overall, Revell has done a great job with this series, looking forward to seeing where they go with it.
  17. It is factually possible for a car to do naught to 60 in 2 seconds, the Ferrari Ferrari SF90 Stradale did it when Car&Driver tested it just recently ,the 2022 Tesla Model S Plaid did naught to 60 in 1.98 second( under track prepped conditions) , so its very possible for this new EV to hit in 2 flat. https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a37066187/2021-ferrari-sf90-stradale-60-mph-acceleration/ https://www.motortrend.com/reviews/2022-tesla-model-s-plaid-first-test-review/
  18. Its possible I misunderstood you, my mistake.

  20. Yes, Hobby Depot is a bit of a drive for me as well being on the west side , I am in a way happy about that, I would probably spend a lot more money if they were closer. I will send a PM with some info.
  21. There are much better hobby stores here than Andy's, Id give up the hobby if Andy's was the only place to get hobby products from. Try Hobby Bench at 43rd Ave and Bell road, or 19th Ave Northern The best LHS we have in terms of supplies is Hobby Depot in Tempe Not sure if you aware or interested , but we have local model club, if you are , send me a message.
