I think the one in Mesa is number five for the valley, I believe that is an IMPS show

Rob, they one at DSC would make four at the postal hall , I can not think of number five right at this moment with out going over and looking the events list for the year, I am sure Dan will be back soon

The first show we had here, I think there were only three new kits out of all the vendors, and if I recall, I think they were wither the Hudson , or 300, and they were going for around $20

I dont blame you, those 510 kits are like gold, I have two, one of each, I got the BRE kit for free, sealed, and paid $20 for the street version, the first issue one

No worries, I really didnt think you were, I posted that so Brett would come and post what he did My comment was aimed more at Revell then the builders, they cant seem to get stuff correct , and all it does is just cause people that take this hobby way to seriously to get bent out of shape over little things, not talking something big like wrong body proportions.

I really dont care about the flaws, I was just asking , I have better things to worrie about in my life weather or not a kit is perfect

Andy, a hobby should never stress you out,kind the opposite of what a hobby is , the hobby will still be here when you want to come back, school is more important anyways

A basic is white is what you need, Wimbledon white is not the right shade that was used

You are good to go over Testors one coat and lacquer paints as well

Not a big update on this one, finally got around to ordering a carbon fiber decal sheet, it came, so I was able to get the hood and roof done, I still have a lot of learning to do using carbon fiber, I did clear coat the hood, the roof, not yet, still have some work to do on it I am pretty much done with this one, but I am waiting for someone to send me a Subaru wing from a WRX kit, that is whats holding this build up right now

:lol: it happens to all of us, everyone has their own way of polishing, so you can get 10 different ways to go about doing it

Polshing paint is same for every type of paint, its just how you go about it that can be different Because everyone has different ways to polish, here is a very good walk through on it http://italianhorses.net/Tutorials/PerfectPaint/paint.htm
