I recently applied some decals to a Monza F/C I sprayed in drab green, the paper came from Micro Mark and they are lifting off. Any insight is welcome!

AMT makes the tire packs of slicks, the old style your looking for(minus the grooves), small drag slicks, and jumbo drag slicks.

What gives the best and proper finish of a military drab color, as far as thinner to use with Mod. Mast. enamel sprayed from an airbrush?

I got some done, working on many unfinished projects when a bump in the rode pops up. Got some turbos, but they still look too big, have'nt located a good scale fit yet, need something in 1/25. May have to make them myself. I found another section of the body that needed a little more straightening and jammin' this Vette motor into the Impala from another kit proves interesting!

Thanks to one and all, I felt my skills have gotten good enough to justify painting it. Still lots to learn, but thanks to many here for your ideas and experiences that you share!

I lost the tailpipe/mufflers, had to remake them. Pretty basic build, had this for probably 30yrs. Onto the finishing the Impala SS!

Well, here's the Pantera finished, man, black sure attracts the dust!

I have also purchased couple from him. Overall very nice, I got the 55-57 5700 Crew Cab and the 50 Breadvan. They both are very nice, the 5700 door lines could have been better, have to rescribe them. The Breadvan is just COOL!

He stated to me that we keep him and his wife busy enough as it is!! If we all had that problem!

I purchased two 1970 Olds W-30 hoods and they are perfect! The rear spoiler, needs some improvement, but from the other items I've seen, they are quality. He won't email pics either, tried that.

Thanks for all the input, but if a model company can design a car, especially from a cartoon, it is not hard to up its scale. I would hope that someone would be smart enough to be able to figure out some relevance between a real race car and fiction. I mean really, base it on an old LeMans type car.

Does the glue kit seem to be the same size?

Bought a version of this, kind of disappointed, seems to be 1/32 scale, am I correct on this? Terrible that they did'nt print this on the box.

While I'm waiting for warmer weather to clear the Pantera, decided to start my second build, straightened the body and chassis..

Made new inner fender well/walls, narrowed front control arms

The chassis came loose from some kits I bought, it is identical to the STP Pro Stock car, except had provisions for two seats. Everything got shaved to fit the Vega body.
