  1. The hobby shop I go to quite often has several of the model king big AL kits which I have not ever seen there before. Isn't that an allison powered car? Idk if it is new or old? I think it has to be new cause of the fact there was more then three on the shelf (and i know those shelves almost by heart lol. )I have never seen it there before so maybe?
  2. Great another to add to my growing collection round2 is doing well at taking my money lately he he he
  3. I love it you're doing a great job on it and like the color much better
  4. Yes thank you Tom I knew someone would know the history of this great man. Now anybody know about how many kits he has resurrected?
  5. Super job on the car and everything I like it but a tip id suggest is longer grass at least right next to the car where a lawnmower wouldn't get. Just my opinion. Super great job all around though
  6. I love novus polish I can usually skip the #3 unless I have bad spot of some sort. Which I would sand first to get super smooth
  7. Thanks Casey for the link but that thread is kind of what sparked this question lol.
  8. Just went through this whole thread I love it. here are a couple I remember and don't think have been mentioned. (Sorry no pix) 65 el Camino has two hard hats. 53 sedan delivery had various tools along with the 40 ford pick-up. Not sure of the kit I do know it was a van that had an RC helicopter. 66 nova has an engine block and stand also think the 68 charger has a stand. Then I have a few odds and ends already mentioned.
  9. I have searched both ways and couldn't find an answer to my question so here goes. I am wondering first what is the history of model king how did it get started, when, where, basically a bio of the company. I know they dust off old molds from other companies and pay that company to do a run for them but that is all I know. Second can anyone provide a rough list or number of kits that model king has dug out of the archives I am sure it may be vast
  10. Ok good to know
  11. No I have a picture of the plaque it is sitting next to and it was a 1912 roadster but like I said it was vertical and appeared to be stationary
  12. I think that is an artist error because the ones I have seen in the museum the glass is two pieces but absolutely vertical and non moveable that I know of
  13. Idk why I like the company aand cars but everytime I hear or read rocket bunny the image of the old cartoon ricochet rabbit pops in my head. Bing bing bing ricochet rabbit
  14. They don't get any bigger I think. I love Chrysler land yachts great build

    '64 Clone

Love the build but I am iffy on the wheels and tire choice but again the 64 clone makes up for them. Great job

  19. Awesome job on this kit. Do you have any shots of the interior before you put the body on? Id like to see the tach you made
  20. Got to love the C-bodies
  21. If you use the tin foil I would do what harry p. Suggested and that is use clear to adhere it to the model
  22. Don yost video is on the money go all the way down 12,000 but I normally skip the 4000 and depending on how its looking I sometimes just go right to 6000 but that is because I'm lazy
