  1. Very clean build! I like it! So what ifa few guy bulk at the fact you have chevy dog dishes they give you the look your after. All around I give you 7.25 out of 10
  2. I like it two thumbs up from this guy. Sounds like a lot of work went into it.
  3. There is a red duster in the movie with four square tailights I was wondering if someone could place the year and was this year ever kitted?
  4. Imo I'm happy it it has side glass 80% of the kits out there don't. If I have to trim a bit it's no problem for me. I still have the cammer motor from the 90's release. Fun fun kit
  5. Not to mention it's a proven fact that lighter fluid and such contain more cancer causing carcinigens.
  6. First off to any and all vets. I thank you for your service. To the families of lost service men my heart goes out to you. I want to thank my Uncles who died in the baatan death march and are buried over seas also my dad brother and many uncles and a couple aunts and cousins for your duty protecting our freedom in this great country.
  7. The best way I have found is after painting I quickly cover it up with a plastic bin. In my experience once dust is trapped in the paint I sand it out and re-spray the whole area. I've tried to polish it out before but the only thing that accomplished was making everything around it shine and then the dust mark stuck out worse.
  8. I had to come back for a second look. Quick question what did you do to get the side windows to fit? That is where I'm stuck
  9. I love it! the bigger the better I say!
  10. Can you attach the rear panel and front end and still get the bottom in afterwards or do I have to put the bottom in and mask it off? I'd really hope I can put the tailight panel in and bondo it to make it smooth before hand.
  11. I know this is sort of thread stealing but where does one sit when you got a v-12 in that?
  12. That is exactly like I mean ace
  13. I hope mine tunes out this nice
  14. I know what you do in 1:1 doesn't always translate to models. I learned in 1:1 to use glazing putty and sanding it down or something similar to that to find your high and low spots on your body. Now you masters of the hobby I ask you how do you accomplish this in 1:25? I've thought about taking a market and covering the panel I'm looking to smooth then sanding does this sound like a good idea or is there a better way to do it?
  15. Awesome find I wish I got lucky once and awhile at a sale but nope
  16. same here but that paint looks a mile deep
  17. I like what I'm seeing.
  18. Well I know it's a repop but I love this kit! I'll bite
  19. I know when I first got into this hobby again I bought a felt marketed as carpet and was really disappointed then went to flocking which was a little better then I heard about embossing powder. It has a learning curve but by my third model I was sold. I'm looking at doing an old school lowrider now and I'm looking for dingalballs that you used to see around the old bomber
  20. Imho flocking is a pain I'm a big fan embossing powder.
  21. someone should go old school and build the car from spyhunter or something like that
  22. I will be watching this topic a lil I know the stickley stuff from the mission era is very collectable but i'm interested to see what happens with this.
  23. Wow we have some real gourmets on this forum. I'm looking at earlier posts for some ideas for tonight!
