I got a call this morning from a friend saying he found a 70 ford mustang and if I was interested. even as a die hard MOPAR guy this is my favorite ford. I told him Ya one because #1 its my fav ford and #2 my fiance always wanted a mustang. i go look at it and long story short it's now in my garage. but I'm waiting to see if this is a present for my Fiance' or a one way ticket to the sofa. lol

I'm a big fan of semi-gloss black paint just something about it. I like it better then a pure satin paint job. very nice job!!!!

I'm going to do it I decided. I want to try my hand at weathering. I've read a bunch of articles on it. But one thing I have not seen is a must have to complete the job list. So I'm asking when doing weathering what are some must have items?

Like a lot of ya I started young. The story of the first one goes like this my mom was sick of me ripping apart the radios vcrs speakers and such. So she bought me a 2 gen camaro model. since I was born with gasoline in my viens it's been nothing but car/truck models. I took breaks from it here and there over the years. And finally got back into it 2yrs ago to help keep me clean and it's worked.

I saw a conversion of a caddy I think into a delehaye. It was the most god awful thing I ever saw. The guy said it was a kit but after 30 minutes trying to find it on google I think he was lying.

Anybody remember this god awful idea? I remember a friend did this to his 86 Elky he spent like $3000 to do it. I seem to also remember a kit to convert your chevy truck with a 49-53 chevy looking front end. what other silly kits where out there? I have another in mind but don't remember much I think it was a lincoln that you could convert into sometype of duesenburg looking thing I want to see silly conversion kits
