1932 ford 5-window coupe , big block / blower chopped
JasonFL replied to crazyrichard's topic in Model Cars
Nice interior, clean. Is that the same dashboard that came in the kit? The grill looks good as well, nice a snub. -
Now that's what I'm talking about! Drag the hell out of them rockers! I love your style, I can't wait to see more photos of all of them. I used to own a bagged and shaved 85 blazer and a 92 Chevy pickup bagged, smoothed, and flamed to the back of the bed. The pickup was the exact same style as the the 2 your building, ext cab extra long bed. I would really like to build a replica one day, could you point me in the right direction on what kit you used? welcome to the site, really looking forward to seeing progress on all your builds. If you have time you should make a build page for each, itd be cool to see all the work you've done to each. Keep it comin

That is awesome! I love all the lil details you put into this, you even put some coloring on the pipes. Real nice job over all. Nice build -
Love what you did with this camaro. I like these camaros but I never see them done the way I like em' but you nailed the look and the color combo is beautiful. Nice build
-
That is killer! Looks 10x better then what the box shows, I might have to put this kit on my wish list. The only thing that would top this build off would be the coffin trailer all dropped down scrappin behind. Excellent work, real nice build.

Such a cool kustom! it does look like something that would of came out of the Barris bros shop. Just clean, really clean and simple. I love the front and rear treatment. It might have taken you 30 ears to build but well worth it. Nice build and not to mention its cool to see your ideas on paper from so long ago.

This thing is awesome! I've always wanted to take this year charger and drop it down like that and those rims look great. I'm not a huge fan of that style paint job but I really think it work perfectly with this build. Real nice build

Man, now that is one bad looking 32 Richard. Love the upgrades, you nailed it. Gave me a lot of inspiration for my 32. I would love to see some more photos, maybe some of the new grill you modded up and the interior. Great looking rod, nice build. -
Really nice air ride setup. Any idea on what your doing for the air tank and compressor? What a cool build, keep it comin.

Pro Touring 70 1/2 Camaro *First post here*
JasonFL replied to ll Brandon ll's topic in WIP: Model Cars
Man I love the way this thing is coming together. I would agree with everyone else, some impressive work. I love the looks of the scoop and how you shaped the front of it to look like the nose of the car but if you look at it from the top veiw it kinda bothers my eyes how it's not shaped like the hood. The middle of the hood from the nose to windshield gets wider and the scoop is more or less square,if that makes any sense. I would also agree with rich about there being a curve but i think you have a great idea with ading the strip of plastic and some putty. This is just in my own opinion. Overall everything just looks mean, keep it going. -
This is probably one of the nicest mercs I've seen on this site. I love everything, the doors, right hand drive, and the tail lights in the bumper look great. Well executed, nice build.

Hey Bryan, not sure if this is what your looking for but I had this link saved from when I did the hinges on my 32. Hope that helps you out. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=31793 -
That rear looks great, flowin real nice. My first thought for a tail light suggestion would be a long LED tail light across the whole bottom to compliment that long rear. Or maybe two long LEDs on each side and seperate it with a flip down or frenched in plate. Could always make the lights out of old scrap red transparent parts tree. So much you could to with it, look forward to more progress. Keep it comin

Wow, what a defference. I don't think I would of had the stones to attempt anything like that. Very nice

That's sweet man, you do some clean work. Look at it this way, sometimes diggin through all your old ###### looking for one thing, you always find some thing else you forgot you had. I don't have a big parts box but when I did I used to love looking through all that ######, used to come up with all sorts of ideas. -

Alright so I finally got some time and fixed my lil screw up. Now I can move on to bigger and better things. Drivers side Passenger side -
This thing is killer! I love all the little details, especially the cam up front. Great job with the build
-
Everything is just beautiful. Great looking details and the color is gorgeous, just nicely done all around.
-
Really cool build. Love the color combo and to be honest I wasn't really a fan of the rims, I got a similar set in the camaro kit and tought they were ugly but ###### they lookd good as hell on the Nomad. I would like to see it all laid out on the ground but I think the stance you got looks good. Keep it up, looking forward to seeing that modernized interior all finished up.

Man Bryan, I was hoping to see that merc on the bench but then you went and pulled this out of your back pocket. I have been working on my "angled chop" on my 32 5 window. I did it in a way so that I didn't cut it in the middle but along the bottom, that way when I put it back it won't make my windows and roof look all distorted. I hope that make sense. It was my first time doing this as well but I did a lot of research and looked for tons of photos and it seems that when everyone glued there roof back like a normal chop it just didn't look right. I dunno, your pretty skilled. I'm sure you'll figure it out better then I did but in case you need a reference cause you have no idea what I'm talking about heres my 32 build page. Im excited to see what your gonna do to this one, maybe it will help me pull mine back out and get the working http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=46113&hl=&fromsearch=1 -
Mike, not trying to swamp your build with photos but I was looking around at some cool garage photos and came across this beauty and couldn't help myslef but think of your build again. I'm a huge fan of what your doing to your 32 so I tought it would help give you a little inspiration. I like the work on the front end and what you have planned for the rear, your really making this flow nicely. Keep up the good work.

So what's going down with this thing? Any more progress on it? Those bags your gonna use look great, your one creative focker...haha.
