  1. Thanks for the answers And, yes, I realize it looks like a 250 GTO, but not quite... So, basically, this kit is a blunder of some sort? Any value?
  2. Which car is this? I googled, but could not find a pic of a real car that looks anything like the box art model... I am now confused... I'm no expert on Ferraris, but according to online sources, a 250 GT Berlinetta looks totally different! Which car is this a kit of??? Thanks MATIJA
  3. I always fix my photos up in a photo editing program of some kind... While PhotoShop is often too complicated and expensive for most people, myself included, I can always recommend PhotoScape , a free and very user friendly online photo editor, with which one can fix focus and sharpness of photos to a certain extent in just a few clicks Here's a link, give it a go... http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/download.php
  4. Groundhog Day is a legendary comedy... Among the best of all times... RIP mr. Ramis
  5. The video, which runs 2 minutes 40 seconds flat, shows an R/C model of what I think is a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, but may be wrong, grey/silver in color (sorry, cannot estimate scale), with an in-scale snow-plow attached to the front, being operated in a back and forth motion at least a dozen times, on a front yard covered with an estimated inch and a half of snow, successfully clearing a path to the front door of a house. Hope I've helped
  6. That sure is a mean lookin' ride! With such a bright paint-job, however, a touch of darker shade green paint in the panel lines, and some clear-red paint on the rear taillights would make this one just perfect!
  7. That's one very fine looking Shelby I like what you did in the engine bay
  8. It was edited after my comment Apologies if I offended anyone...
  9. "Almost Famous", you mean? Great movie!
  10. Yes! He was hilarious in Big Lebowski... I cracked up at his reaction when Bunny offers Dude her 1000 dollar service
  11. Pretty shocking news! Especially since I had no idea he was a heroin addict... Although, I wouldn't say he is best known for Twister, in which he had a minor role His best known, and possibly best overall performance by far would have to be the best leading actor Academy Award winning portrayal of Truman Capote
  12. Get some spray-paint for the body Painting it with a brush and making it look half decent will be very difficult... As for the selection of other/detail colors, best thing would be to check what the building instructions of each individual kit recommend.
  13. How about plain old, purpose-made modelling putty? I prefer Tamiya products
  14. How did you ever post photos without using an image-hosting website? And I don't understand why the resistance? They are quite simple to use, especially Photobucket
  15. I'm no expert on this topic, but I do believe this is the latest Revell release of the 71 Cuda... http://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/instruction_sheetsh/instruction_sheets/revell-5/revell-71-plymouth-/revell-1971-hemi-2.html Only difference to previous editions, that I am aware of, are vinyl roof and probably a new/updated decal sheet There are options in these kits (hoods, wheels etc...), but no updated/more detailed tooling, unfortunately...
  16. Thankfully, he does not ship to Croatia... It would otherwise be hard to resist splurging 30 bucks on that Catalina with "professional" engine wiring and body colored wipers!
  17. Beautiful!
  18. That is a very nice color combo, and the wheels suit it perfectly... Sweet van!
  19. Sweet pickup The color is perfect, and I like the stance and wheels...
  20. Of course, I must also mention Kerry Ingram (DrKerry), whom I just completed a trade with today... Perfect trader!
  21. Since my last posting in this topic I've had great trades with following members: Doug Spencer (Mr mopar), from Canada Jesse Chavez (Daddyfink), from California Both are very generous traders and I would not hesitate to trade again! Many thanks, guys
  22. A Yugo would be sweet As for the Renault, I'll just leave this here... The chassis, engine and transmission are from the 2001 V6 Clio
  23. It's art... http://www.emercedesbenz.com/autos/mercedes-benz/corporate-news/crashed-cars-as-art-exhibit-at-milwaukee-art-museum/
  24. Looks much better with accentuated panel lines, and you did a great job with BMF! Sweet looking car
  25. I really dig the wheels and color combo, but that ride height in the rear seems a bit too low to me, and your exhaust tips could be a tad out of scale (as in HUGE )... But a great job on an otherwise terrible kit
