Beautiful Paint!!! nice twist to a style that is so pretty it's hard to customize it! I like the headlight treatment, but I always thought a full length tailight assembly woulda looked kinda cool. Yours is more keepin with watcha got as opposed to doin body work. Cheap,but effective changes. Looks just different enough to be noticable!

NICE Camaro,Hawk! I remember that same color,even the wheels,on a car that usedta run around here! Your looks GREAT! Is it the Monogram 24th kit with the MRC Cragars, or an original MPC 25th kit, with MPC wheels? Either way, it REALLY came out NICE!!!!

Jody,Cal, DON'T give up on the Bay. I bought the Ferrari P-4 330 by Union Models just this year in Feb/Mar, an I only paid about 50 bucks for it WITH p/h! It mighta been less,caz I set a limit on what I'll spend for something, an when I read here about this kit, I thought I'd look for it. I found it pretty reasonable myself, an it's a FULL detailed kit! VERY NICE! I do have yet to build it,but it DOES look real nice. Anyone out there build it yet? Is it hard? like the old IMC Ford GT/Lola/Chaparral kits? LOVED them kits, jus HATED buildin 'em!!!

Darwin, unless someone pops it in resin, you are outta luck. Those rascals go for quite a few pennies when they're built, an UNBUILT one would REALLY set cha back! That's a shame too, caz the lil Comet Pro-Stocker seems to be alot more common. I see the Comet at reasonable prices,40 to 50 bucks unbuilt, but the Maverick goes for TWICE that much! I have one of each from from the original issues,an a second Comet I got atta toyshow about 5 years ago I paid 35/40 bucks then, an the last Maverick I saw in Nov.of last year was 120.00, so them rascals ain't cheap!!! That'sa shame too, caz I think It'd be a real good seller!

Oh that is jus plain jane cool!!! How many MORE Dusters came THIS way, than with 340 4spds? If ya had put a Bench seat in it(the Buckets are nice too,but I jus happen ta like benches)with a column shift auto, it woulda been like 90% of the cars that left the factory! GREAT BUILD!!!! I LOVE it!!! In fact, I like it so much, I jus might hafta build one!!

An old high school sweetie had a brandy new 71 Maverick Grabber, 3-sp,anna 6. It was pretty quick for a 6, 279,or 300 Cubes or somethin like that.It looked nice,had the stripes an tailpanel blackout an hood. Her Dad put a Mach 1 Hoodscoop on it an it REALLY looked mean, Babysh8t Yellow color an all! Kinda like a Maverick Mach 1!
