  1. WoW Mark, this rascal sure has been in the wings for a while. But its good to see your done with it. Looks GREAT! The color is perfect, the wheels an stance look great, all in all, it was worth the wait!Great Build!!!
  2. Merc, Do you know who Gregg, with 2 g's is? He reads EVERYTHING on this forum cuz it's HIS!!!! He is the BIG KAHUNA, The Top Dog, The Big Bossman(with respects to Bruce Lee),So show the man some respect for all he's done for us. NEVER bite the hand that feeds!
  3. Why's it inthe shop? is it cuz the rear shocks look like they're shot? Put some Hi-Jackers air shocks on that bad boy, an fix the problem! Not a bad snapper kit Eh? Looks good, paint came out real nice! Good title for a Prince song....."Little Red Corvette!!!"
  4. Yep, Zeb, ya gotta love the nature in them parts!!!
  5. Well Kiddo, you've certainly out done yourself with this one! It shows a whole different side of your imagination. I can see the 50 custom front end,an the edsel wagon tailights.Great job of blending so many different peices into one coherent sculpture.(didja like my use of them big words?) It came out GREAT! Roth would DEFENATLY approve of it! Again, GREAT BUILD!!!!
  6. Berk, I have used paint thinner before to loosen up glued parts.Just dip a straw in some an cover up one end(this creates a vacum in the straw)and then, just put a drop or two on the ares you want to loosen.Let it set a min. or two then try to gently pry it apart with an X-acto knife. The thinner weakens the hold of the glue and allows it to come apart without to much trouble. Just be careful with the X-acto blade.(owwww!)
  7. :lol:Harry, Those are Regulonian sfinkter worms! They ONLY eat the complex molecular structure that makes up the Chinese imported steel that the 67 ONLY Chevy Impala front wheelhouses were made from. They won't hurt you as they only eat said metal......But then again,... maybe they're not.
  8. HARRY! You akshully got da ######'N ta talk normal! WoW who'da thunk it! Now I don't rilly no if up is down or visa-versa! I'm in like, SHOCK!!!!!!
  9. Harry, did I miss sompthin? how'd ROM 50 get BELOW number 48? was I sleepin durin the last test? I don't remember dozin off.
  10. Looks good with some color on it.Are those 1/32nd scale wheels? they look like regular Chevy rally's. I like the engine detail, an the silver hoses look cool too!
  11. Looks like you've made some mods to the original kit, so really I don't think anyones gonna get it without some kinda hints.
  12. Frank, my best freind had an attack some years back an when he called me to take him to the hospital, I had to carry him to the car, cuz he couldn't even walk! Just his description of the pain made me hurt! I've never had them an hope to God that I never do!.My buddy had to suffer for almost 2 days before he passed them, and I wouldn't wish somethin like that on my worst enemy( fortunatly, I don't have any enemys to wish it on!) Hope you get better, And they give you some GOOD meds!
  13. Zeb ol boy, what scale is that Mark? is it 1/32? I can't beleive it's 1/25th cause I've NEVER seen one built!
  14. Well Jose, I gotta say I think it'll be different! What color is that?I like it. I know it's not finished yet, but it looks good so far!
  15. Came out great Bern, It certainly does got the look to it! Your right about the dangerous look to it, I wouldn't drive one. The Buick really does set it off too, gives it a no-nonsense look! Great build!
  16. Well so far you seem to have made the right decisions, the forums not all jammed up with garbage ads, an what you said makes sense to me,I'd go for it. But thats just me, maybe the other guys might have some good input. Thanks for puttin it out there for us.
  17. Eric, check out the old movie called "Death Race 2000" With David Carridine, Stallone, an Valleri Perrine! It's got some pretty cool lookin Death mobiles in it too, an the story lines pretty funny! You might get a kick outta it!
  18. Coop, personally I use Evercoat Eurosoft for custom stuff. It sands pretty easy when its dry,But like Ed said, if you work it before it fully sets, it's alot easier to mold an shape.
  19. Gregg, waddya know that we don't? Harry I say it's REAL! But I have been known ta be wrong!

  23. Lyle, like I said before, it looks great, but after checkin out the interior pic again, it LOOKS like ya mighta put the shifter handle in BACKWARDS. 1st an 3rd gears are gonna be real knuckle busters! No big deal though,if it never gets driven!
