  6. Guys, its time we let one of our own know how much he's appericiated.ALLof us played R.O.M.at one time or another, so Ithink we should let Harry know how much he's missed!C'mon I know I'm not the only one who enjoyed it.Lets just give him a show of support for all the work he's done.YEA HARRY,YOU DA MAN!!!!PLEASE COME BACK!!!!
  7. Abe, I can't remember where I saw it but in one of the recent mag issues they showed a Charger Daytona that was a light lemon green and darker green that looked just like a WATERMELON!!! Try that paint job on for size and I'll bet you'll be the only kid on the block with one!!!
  8. Here it is, Monday,an no R.O.M.I sure hope we haven't burned you out Harry.Your little column is one of my personal favorites.I hope your just takin a well deserved break, cause I surely would miss you if you decided to drop it.I know it's not easy commin up with this stuff, and you really do a great job of it.Please don't give up on us Harry, cause I for one would really miss you and it!
  9. Mike, Back in74/75 my bro had a little turquiose blue/green mustang II with a in-line 300 cubic in 6 cylinder!,auto trans. It had what seemed like a tad longer hood.I've never seen another one.Was it a mexican version?I KNOW this thing exsisted cause we would freak other guys out with it.and after he hopped it up it ran like hell!!!and it came that way from furd and had A/C. you ever heard of one? Please let me know.
  10. Dave, Glad you took off the ginormous "bondo"flairs. They didn't do a thing for it.May have been a little work to change it back, but the end results are way worth it! It's comin out good,Bud. Keep it up!!
  11. Well guys,When I was speakin to Carl (back when this thread 1st started)He was tellin me that Rachel was going to give them away at a picnic around Memorial Day.So we'll probably have to wait till then to see some pics.Just thought I'd let ya'll know.
  12. Hey Irv, Is it made of the same stuff as Wonder Womans jet? I'll bet the cops'll never see it on Radar,At least the chassis looks top notch. If'n the rest looks like that, you'll definately have a winner!!!
  13. ######,Stumpman! You'll have the BADDEST Camaro in all of OZ! A ZLX 427 Phase 3,Probably one of the BADDEST of the BAD ever created. I've a got some old Cars magazines with advertisements from Motion Supercars, that list that as a Crate engine, for about 2 to 3 grand(depending on what you wanted) Man I sure do miss them days!!! Well, if nothing else, we can build some of them ol dinosaurs.Your looks like it will really kick some a$$!!!!!!!
  14. NICE JOB, Jeff, IS that the"Nash Bridges" Cuda, or did you chop the roof off the coupe?Either way, it came out good.
  15. It's begining to sound like this is a one off non production engine,in which case it would not be as known as a regularly seen and therefor known engine.I make this assumption from the reply"the car it WAS INTENDED to power".If it was not a regularly used production engine,And not a commercially available one, like an Offy, or Fronty,or likewise racing type that people would be familiar with,I don't expect anyone (exept maybe you)to be able to tell us just what it is.
  16. Still workin on it Bro, nothin you did wrong, jus that I'm kinda slow pickin up on this Hi-Tech sh8t.
  17. Abe, couldn't you just super dillute some candy blue paint and paint the reflector bucket ,or maybe the back of the headlight lens? It would give it a blueish tint.
  18. Try lookin in "tips an tricks" Clay just posted it last nite in an effort to show me how to upload pics from my camera to my computer to the forum.Maybe it can help you too. Thanks again Kenny an Clay!!!
  19. Yep, makes sense,them ###### Germans......
  20. Well with most of the molds being done already, the next logical step would be to make a plug to fit whacha got, and go for a COUPE body to use all the components youve already got. This is just an educated guess and by NO MEANS a reveal of what Gary Schmit may have up his sleeve.
