  1. The decals came with a IH 4300 kit as a bonus. The frame is a Revell Peterbilt cut down to single axle, The cab and hood are glued together. The mirrors are a mix from a Revell Pete, and the L-700. The truck was supposed to be a box truck, but I wanted something different from that.
  2. Yes ,And he shipped the missing parts and Corvette out today. Now if USPS don't screw up like last time and have Columbus Oh ship it to Detroit again
  3. My one package came from a ebay seller and was missing items that were supposed to be in with it. Missing are the Corvette and all the parts shown inside the boxes plus the decal's Included are photo's of what I got in the mail from the seller.
  4. Well at least the package from my friend Finally made it to our post office this morning so I'll get that one today, and hopefully the ebay sellers package tomorrow...
  5. I have informed delivery so I can check for any mail that I have coming. Last night I checked it and the package from the ebay seller showed it had departed Detroit at 6:42 p.m. So I thought great It should get here Tuesday, WRONG!!!! I checked Informed delivery at 6:15 a.m. this morning to find that it once again left Detroit at 4:10 A.M. this morning! So it's had a 4 day vacation in Detroit . While the package from my friend has spent the last 3 day's in Cincinatti! This isn't the kind of service they paid for! The ebay package was mail Priority 2-3 day's and was has been in shipping s for 7 day's! that 4 -5 days more than it should be coming from Pa to Ohio!
  6. Well USPS has done it again! This time two packages are MIA Both were to be delivered today. Both have tracking One from Oroville Wa and the second from Lancaster Pa. Well the one coming from Lancaster went to Columbus Ohio then to Detroit Mi onto Chicago Ill and has been in transit since Saturday. The One From Oroville Wa is In Cincinati since Saturday evening! The sad fact is that the package form Pa was in Ohio , and that's were I'm at.
  7. Well the body is nearly completed, I have to black was the grill yet. I'm currently waiting for the tires/wheels so the chassis is mocked up so the body is on a chassis for photo's
  8. I am building the '57 Chevy form the movie Drive Angry. Got the body painted. clear coated and some chrome work on it done.
  9. First off I plan on making a replica of the '57 Chevy 150 From the movie Drive Angry. While looking for pictures, I noticed the '69 Charger looked quite like the '69 Charger that would be Painted a red/orange color with 01 painted on the door's ( Happy Birthday General Lee Episode) NOTE the wheels.....
  10. While looking for pictures of the '57 Chevy used at the end of drive angry I found a picture where the goofed! here are the four photo's, And I am currently started work on a '57 Chevy 150 to replicate the movie car. In the pictures of it as a 150 note a radio antenna , Baby dagmars on the bumper, missing review mirror in two pictures , and one where the mirror is in the car. Third picture down Clearly is a Bel Air W/out antenna , and the bumper guards flatened.
  11. Yep I bought it off ebay Non painted/unbuilt , And cost me almost $100.00
  12. Just thought I'd share these pictures of a Original MPC '66 Bonneville I built last month.
  13. A 396 in a non SS. If you were a VIP and had the cash that is!
  14. His death wasn't publicly announce till yesterday for some reason.
  15. Working on my second '68 Chevelle, The first copy was built as a SS while this second '68 will be a lower trim level of Chevelle. I bought a Base model hood for a '68 Chevelle kit, but sadly it works only for the AMT 68/69 Chevelle's. So when the AMT 69 Chevelle get's to HL I'll get one to make a base '69 Chevelle.. The engine has not been glued to the frame, and is not quite finished either.
  16. Any contact Info to them (IE email address)/
  17. Does anyone cast a non SS '67 Chevy Impala hood? I would like to build a non SS '67 Impala...
  18. Has anyone made the interior panels when they built a copy of either the GMC/Chevy Van? I'm asking because I just got an Original A-Tean GMC van , and I want to have a good looking Interior in it, I plan on using evergreen sheet's but which thickness would be best?
  19. March 4,2019 after suffering a stroke the former 90210 star Luke Perry passed away.
  20. I just brought home my second '68 Chevelle. I got the last one Hobby lobby had. Lima Oh HL has the new Revell Boss 302 Mustang well 5 of them That's what they had when I seen them and when I left the isle. But still no '60 apache pickup kits.....
  21. You sir are correct I used some Krylon short cuts to get the Impala built.
  22. First off I'd like to thank Casey for his help for sending me the "glass" for this copy of a '67 Impala. Body was painted with Krylon short cuts gloss white, and Krylon short cuts Gloss clear coat. The Interior is Krylon short cuts blue with Testors dull coat. The engine is painted with Krylon short cuts Tangerine orange. I used the wheel's from a '70 Bonneville as Chevy used a simular looking one in '67 as a non Rally wheel option. Basically I made this SS as base model SS.
  23. After I bought my copy of the '68 Chevelle, I went on a internet search for color choices for a '68 Chevelle . I found one that was painted Rally Green , and I liked the look of the '68 Chevelle in that color. Only I didn't care for the rally stripes being in black, And so I chose to go with the white rally stripes instead. I have to get door mirror's for my '68 as I dislike the kit supplied two part mirrors. And so here is my Rally Green '68 Chevelle..
  24. I like the '68 Chevelle kit,but I dislike the door mirrors are cast in two seperate parts, They seem to be a thing with Revell, I know that the '65 Impala kit's also have those in them along with the '66 Impala along with some other car kit's. Anyone else have a dislike for this concept of two part mirror's???
  25. That's easy now that the AMT '60 Pickup is out again.
