Oh yeah the cross ram! I'm happy. I will order when ready.

Charles, is that Hemi ready to sell? Hopefully you will make some big block Mopars in the future.

Unfortunately it makes people leary of doing business with the unknown. It just makes guys like you work harder to protect your credibility. Products like yours keep our hobby strong and we rely on quality for the next level of building our models.

Amazing work Steve.

This morning I worked on the taillight panel of the 63 Dodge to resemble the 330 taillights uisng 63 Buick Riviera bezels and lenses as this is the closest to the actual car. They fit nicely into the modified panel openng. I need to put some finishing touches on the bezels trim to match,

This may be overkill but I made these body dollies from Plastruct plastic to display the progress on my Mopars. They were quick and easy and I made them adjustment bar moveable.

The picture he posted on eBay was misleading for sure. And yes, it is criminal.

Can you believe it?

I ordered "correct" resin tires for the Accurate Miniatures Grand Sport. I did receive them in a decent turn around but the tires were garbage. I complained through eBay and recieved a full refund. See how accurate they are! Don't even think about ordering from him. No one who has pride in their product would ever sell such poor quality.

Oh yeah!!! What is your preference for primers?

Can't wait to see what you do with the 61 Dart! I have a pristine flat box 64 Fury that is very deep in my heart because I wanted to buy a used 64 big block Sport Fury when I got my license but my dad talked me out of it being a big block. I have wanted that car ever since and with all the muscle cars I have owned, I never got my Sport Fury. It was metallic aqua with a black vinyl roof and interior. That is what I have planned for this one.

Steve all original. The 63 Dodge was a convertible with broken windshield frame. Thanks for your comments, coming from you it's appreciated.

Update on my early Mopars: 62 Dodge Ramcharger, 62 Plymouth wagon, 63 Dodge Ramcharger and 63 Plymouth Savoy. I am using the Lindberg Dodge chassis and inner fenders that have the correct shock towers which I had casted in resin. The interiors have correct door panels. These have been dormant for quite a while but recently finished most of the body modifications. The cross ram manifolds were mastered by me and Kevin at Missing Link cast them in resin, and are available by him. The Carter carbs are from Fireball Model Werks as well as the Mopare steelies. Final fitmenets to the 62 Dodge and 63 Plymouth need to be made beforee paint. The 62 will me light metallic blue with a matching multi-blue interior. The 63 will be dark blue metallic with a multi blue interior as well. The 62 wagon needs a lot of work and will be the last to finish. All have clear headlights and using Fireball's Mopar door handles. I appreciate any suggestions and comments.

It would be great if you can produce the angled plug boots for the Hemi along with the loom clips on the valve cover.

I just wish Round 2 would correct the poor taillights and grill on the 68 Road Runner instead of reissue after reissue of the same inaccuracies. Simple improvements along with correcting the innner fenders, dashboard, hood and quarter panel wheel arches. But I guess their focus is on other subjects, which is as good. Thank goodness for the the aftermarket making accurate replacements.

Yeah, I got a little ahead of myself, just an oversight. I was happy to see clear taillight lens which I wish would be a common practice especially when their are multiple colors within.
-
Well done.

Here are some pics you requested. just drill a hole about 1/16" above the stock holes. I also cut out the horrible inner fenders and replaced them with a resin set I had made from the 67 GTX and they fit pretty well.

I take one!

I just received mine, overall the kit is well done. Revell did something very smart in that they molded the taillights in clear so that you may leave the back up light portion unpainted...bravo Revell. My only negatives are that the panel lines are faint and need to be scribed and in my opinion, the tires seem to be on the small side and would hope Revell will mold more appropriate tires on future kits. As with the 72 Cutlass kits, you have a choice between manual and automatic transmissions and the the required consoles, shifters and pedals. I can see a couple more of these kits in my stash.

Steve: This is gorgeous and another masterpiece. Looking forward to seeing hoe the interior colors come out.

I finally got the 'Cuda on the bench and made progress on the interior. I need to make some final fitment adjustments but it will be ready for the paint booth soon. I'm thinking of F5 Frost Green with matching interior or Black with white interior. I will be using a Revell Charger 440 engine, steelies with dog dish caps on redlines. The accurate 3D grille and taillight panel was made and available by Ra-Sti on Shapeways. I welcome your comments and suggestions.
