  6. I use any Black Acrylic paint and thin it with Golden Airbrush Medium . Once I get the effect I want I let dry for about 30 minutes. Next I gently remove any paint that winds up on the grille bars with a tooth pick. It is a lot easier to remove it dry than wet. Good luck Mike

  18. Hobby Lobby sells a limited brands of airbrushes and compressors .The 40% off coupon can not be beat. Make sure that you buy the airbrush and the compressor on separate days.

  21. A while ago I sprayed Testors Clear Coat right from the can. My beautiful red metallic paint job was gone. It looked like I used Dullcoat on it. Checked the can it was Clear Coat. The pictures were taken a couple of days ago. This is why I decant. Mike 1017
  22. I have trouble bending wire for the opening and closing doors. The videos I have seen the guy always has his fingers in the way. Especially the second bend. I really haven't seen a good tutorial in print. Does anyone know of a jig that is used for bending the wires. Mike
